Without a doubt the best rental management experience, the most responsive maintenance crews (both on regular tickets & emergency calls) and the facilities are very well maintained--far better than the dozens of other rental properties I've lived in over the last four decades when not a home owner myself.

If I could give them ten stars, I would, despite the fact I got a "strike" during a recent inspection of my apartment which irked me as the condition was temporary in nature. They're professional, ethical, caring and fair. In my extensive housing experiences, no management company or apartment complex has done better. If you can find an opening here, TAKE IT!

I've lived here for 10+ years and I'm sad to go. It's a beautiful building, well maintained, great maintainence and office staff, and I've had some pretty nice neighbors. Ive Never had an issue with rodents of any kind. Anytime I call with a maintenance request It's handled timely and for free! I've got children and that's a huge help! Nice little park for children to go and neighbors are keeping their eyes on them so it's definitely safe! Loved it here!

I have been here for 10 years and I love it. The property manager is always trying to make things better. I have never had any issue with my guest not feeling welcome. The greatest part about the property manager and the entire staff at Maplepond Homes is that they are friendly, helpful and they dont discriminate against the disabled. I am glad they look out for the residents and the kids because it makes me feel safe. I am happy they watch out for illegal activity on the property and she do what every good property manger should do and get rid of them the proper way. Keeping us safe. I want to say THANK YOU.

The property manager here makes u live as if your in a prison. And makes u live in fear ecspecially if she knows your disabled in any form, mentally ecspecially. She makes her residents live in fear of being kicked out and records every move u make. Makes residents visitors feel unwelcome and the worst part hires sexual predators against vulnerable mentally disabled adults and sexual predator against children.

I’ve lived here for more than 2 years not only when the last manger was here did she mess up my ledger which resulted in me owning a months rent a year later. When I was already paying market rent so it was not a small amount it was 1351 to be exact. Imagine after Christmas and the new year you randomly get a paper saying you owe a months of rent while that current month of rent is due. That resulted into me having to be on a payment plan prolonging my attempt to move, then theirs a person in the third floor who has been caught recording people via cellphone who was caught exposing himself outside where kids get off the bus. He currently still lives at maple pond homes, then you have kids ranging from 5-9 running in the hallways sounding like a hoard of horses, the same child being found in the hallway crying for his mother who lives in the OTHER BUILDING!! Who can’t even tell you where he lives because he’s so young more than once. Maintenance will come in your home take pictures I’ve heard of three people getting raided based off of maintenance coming in there home to do everything but FIX THE ISSUE THAT THEY CAME FOR TO START WITH. All the old people live in the other building with no kids but noooo one person happened to make it in the building with all the tenants with kids. They will call the cops and complain about your toddlers running when it’s no where near 10:00pm. If you have ANY OTHER OPTIONS such as your choosing between maple pond homes and another place I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you pick the other place. By the way when I first moved in I accidentally went to the wrong garage and the door unlocked so yea I’m pretty sure all of our keys unlock each other’s garages is why mine stay empty!!!! They say the cameras work but when I got all four of my tires stolen and my car was parked in the first spot that was never solved… packages stolen never solved HAVE A GOOD DAY💋

Applied here awhile ago. Did some type of extra crazy "background check" and came back with a million made up reasons why they wouldn't rent to me. 90% of what they said was made up. Also, MN has a statute of limitations...anything past 7 years is not to be used against you for gainful employment as well as housing. Soooo. Good luck if you wanna move here and have ANY type of background...even if it's 15 Years old. 😉

Horrible place to live. Rodents, smokers, bad kids pulling the alarm throughout the year. Jodi williams is a horrible person, who complains about everything. And they half do their job with anything. Park isn't safe. Auto thefts never resolved. So many problems here.

I lived here for 5 years with my Dad❤.But my mom moved in and stayed for 10 months on the 3rd floor and I went upstairs to stay with her.But she been waiting on the waiting list for 3 years. But the reason why she leaving now is because a Old lady complains a lot that we're being loud but we wasn't.And she drinks🙄. Plus we told the manager and it didn't help at all like really🤦But whoever lives on the 3rd floor good luck because the old lady and her grand daughter are going to complain🤦🙄💔
