Kane's catered our wedding and it was fabulous to work with them!

Katie is very responsive to all of our emails and voicemails. She does a wonderful job answering all our questions!

We had multiple tastings from Kane's to see what food we liked most and wanted for our wedding. We ended up going with pulled pork sandwiches, bbq meatballs, veggie pasta, potato medley, and salads!! This ended being a great choice because Chef Jerry's food was so delicious at our wedding.

Kane's staff showed up on time, set up quickly, had the food ready when we wanted it to be, and took down quickly as well. We barely knew when they arrived, set up, and took everything down.

If you want a large menu to choose from, great food, a dedicated team, and awesome 'day of' service - you definitely need to check Kane's out!!!

I do not have enough kind words to describe Kane's Catering. First, I have to mention that they came through for me in a pinch. I want to clarify, while it saved my behind, it is not the catalyst for this review.
We were and I still am very impressed with this team. They quickly picked up on my vision. Supported, educated and assisted me toward great options which worked out perfectly. The team which came to the house were delightful, friendly, emaculate, efficient, helpful!, engaging and dedicated. Needless to say the food was wonderful and everyone who attended the party had only Great things to say. Thank you so much. You are on my go to catering list forever! Thanks again for everything! It is for good reason you have accolades!

Josie was our main point of contact! She was there through our indecisiveness of choosing what plated meals we wanted to go with :) We had quite the back and forth deciding but ultimately went with the Prime rib, Walleye, chicken, and a vegan option! Jerry, the chef did an incredible job at preparing our favorites. We had so many people comments on how good the walleye was! I did have a few bones in My filet but no one else seemed to have any so maybe I just got the one :) other than that it was great! The cost was very affordable. They were efficient with timing of salads, meals, and plating the cake!
Josie was even there to personally place Scott and I’s meals and officially wish us a congratulations. Thank you Kanes!

I had a great experience with Kane’s for my wedding. They helped throughout the process. I was able to try a bunch of different items that were all so delicious. Katie did a great job helping me plan and organize the day. They were easy to talk to and well priced for wonderful food and service!! We loved all of our food and they were able to accommodate all gluten free dinner meals to make things easier. They created a dairy free gluten free meal for one of my bridesmaids and the service was great. I loved all the food I ate, and so did my husband. The guests told us how great the food was too. I was really happy with Kane’s and would definitely recommend them! They are a small business and they are so awesome and delicious!!

We had Kane's cater our wedding of ~200 people at the St. Paul Event Center. Katie was great to work with and very communicative - she listened to our needs and made several recommendations to assist us. Additionally, they were amenable & flexible for several asks. We've heard from lots of guests how great their food tasted!

Kane's is absolutely amazing! With a big wedding scheduled and the bridal party coming down with COVID days before the big event, changes needed to be made quickly! Jerry and the staff worked with the bride and groom to help make the best of their big day. The wedding changed from a big outdoor event, to a parking lot wedding with a drive through receiving line and to-go boxes full of delicious food. Everyone raved about the meal because there is no doubt, Kane's is above all the rest.
They were responsive, and willing to help wherever needed. In a time of such rapid change, we give a sincere thanks to the Kane family for working through every little detail, all the way to the end! They are truly amazing and we were so fortunate to have worked with such a wonderful group of people!

Kane's Catering catered our wedding social hour and reception at the Landmark Center in Saint Paul. They did an AMAZING job!!! Even from the beginning, they truly made us feel like we were top priority. They were very accommodating to our wishes and were great at answering the many questions we had throughout the planning process. The food was amazing!!! We were very picky about the food we wanted for our day and Kane's did not disappoint. We served the champagne chicken, six pepper tenderloin tips, cheesy hash browns, rice pilaf, and a great assortment of veggies. The meat was so good and kept very well, despite us doing a buffet. We were very nervous that the meat was going to be dry, but it was far from that! The cheesy hash brown were definitely the hit of the night!! Every guest we have talked to about our wedding have raved about the hash browns. The day-of service was wonderful as well! I would HIGHLY recommend Kane's catering for those looking for great food and for a great price!! Thanks Jerry, Beth, and the rest of the Kane's Catering crew for the amazing experience!!

We hired Kane's for our August wedding and are so happy we did!!! From our first meeting with Jerry & Katie for our take home food tasting (they give you lots of food), planning throughout the process, to the catering of our special day, the entire experience was great!! Katie was available throughout the planning process to answer questions, ease our minds for changes due to covid, help plan the day of timeline, etc. The food was amazing and we received a lot of compliments from our guests! We would highly recommend Kane's for all of your catering needs!! Thank you Chef Jerry & Katie for making our day amazing!!!

If you are looking for a caterer for a wedding or event, Kane's should be your first and only choice! After our very first meeting with Katie, we knew this is who we would choose. Katie could not have been more awesome to deal with. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just all around wonderful. She always got back to me with my million questions and was so patient with me. You will love working with Katie!! And the day of the event, wow, what a wonderful staff. Rebecca, the lead, I just can't say enough how great she was. She was in contact with me throughout the evening and keeping me informed of what was happening, when I wanted things to happen, etc. She was top notch. And the staff she brought with -- so pleasant, friendly and helpful. I even had guests comment on how nice the catering staff was. And lastly and most importantly, the food...the food was absolutely delicious...fried chicken was divine and sweet potatoes better than I've ever had. Again, this is should be your only stop when looking for a caterer!!

We hired Kane's for our wedding in October. They were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process, and most importantly, the food was so delicious!!!! Our guests gave so many compliments about the food overall, especially the meatballs, chicken marsala, and garlic mashed potatoes!

I really appreciated that Kane's pricing was much more affordable than most of the caterers we inquired with, and that their lower pricing didn't mean sacrificing the quality of food or service. The staff was excellent, going so far as to help us set up our cupcakes at the venue at the last minute. The tables were simple but beautiful. All of the linens were perfect, despite our many ridiculous last-minute changes! They even packaged up the leftovers for us to take home, which was perfect for feeding family the day after the wedding. They truly thought of everything, and the whole evening went so smoothly.

INCREDIBLE food! I highly recommend Kane's. We had them cater our wedding and received multiple compliments on the appetizers and dinner. Kane's was great to work with and had some really nice food suggestions that we loved. Their staff did a great job of set up and serving. My wife and I were very pleased with Kane's!

Our daughter's wedding was June 21, 2019 and Kane's Catering was the provider of the dinner/appetizers/coffee/Lemon-aid. The food was delicious and we have heard nothing but rave reviews from all our guests. The staff at Kane's Catering was great to work with and helped us stay in budget, while providing superb food!!

I hired Kane's to cater a funeral recently and they did an EXCELLENT job! Dealing with food is the last thing you want to do during a time like that and Kane's made it simple for me. The food platter displays were gorgeous, I got multiple comments on how great the food was for a funeral and they thought through all the little details for me so I didn't have to. Their staff was friendly and they set up timely and professionally. I'd hire them again in a second!

We had Kane's Catering cater our wedding 2 weeks ago and are still getting comments from guests on how great the food was! I was a little nervous on how the food would taste being they had to drive about an hour to an outdoor venue but everything was warm and absolutely delicious! Jerry even made custom made desserts to fit our apple orchard wedding. I 100% recommend Kane's Catering!

Wow! There isn’t enough words to say about kanes, they were SO wonderful. Just absolutely outstanding, Rebecca and her coworker did an outstanding job at our backyard wedding this weekend. The food was phenomenal and we enjoyed their work so much. They helped clean and were soo attentive in helping serving and helping anyway possible! Would recommend them 10x over again! So many compliments and they’ve been so easy to work with the last year! Best decision’

Janet and Jerry Kane, mother and son run one fantastic catering business. Their food was amazing and they were both wonderful to work with. Our guests were raving about the food, and we had some great leftovers for weeks.

They run their business pretty old-school, but they are honest and efficient in their system. Book them, you won't regret it.
