I recently purchased new vinyl plank flooring for my kitchen, entry, hallway and laundry room from Hauglie’s. Eight years ago, I purchased new carpeting for my home from Hauglie’s as well. Their products are always excellent quality, prices are very competitive, and their customer service is top notch. They are professional and very customer concerned from start to finish. My neighbor, and my daughter and son-in-law also purchased carpet from Hauglie’s and were very happy with their experience also. I highly recommend Hauglie's!

Being in the quality field, I find the importance of feedback a great way to know how well your company is succeeding in what it sets out to accomplish each day. Unfortunately, most times the only feedback you hear about is the negative and the happiest of customers stay silent. I wanted to be sure that Hauglie's Flooring received the high praise they deserve. From the first encounter meeting Jon, the timely install of all the flooring, and the professionalism of the employee's, I can't say enough. I had a complete install of different flooring materials throughout the house. The help and expertise of Jon was so much help in picking out what I needed for each area. The finished product was far more beautiful then expected and they left the place cleaner then when they arrived. Kudos to Hector and Mike! Their professionalism and expertise was impeccable. This showed most when I had a couple other maintenance people come in while they were trying to lay the floor and they very courteously worked around them while needed. We've used Hauglies for flooring in our multi-family properties for years, and we won't use anyone else. Their office staff and installers are always timely and professional, PLUS if there is ever an issue, like a flaw in the carpet, or adhesive that doesn't quite stick, they will send someone to fix it the same day.

Hauglie's Inc is the ONLY company we will use for our flooring needs! They have done a number of residential projects for us over the last 20 years and we could not be more pleased. Most recently, they installed all of the flooring in our newly built home. The LVT, carpet and padding are top notch. We have also had tile work done in the past and it was amazing! Jon, Jim and Andrea, as well as all of the installers, have been nothing but professional and helpful. From picking out colors and products, to completing our projects and answering our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Super great service and very fair pricing! I had 3 different companies give me a bid, including the 651 guys. Jon went above and beyond explaining the different levels and pads. In the end I went with Hauglie's. They were on time, the installer did a awesome job. They accommodated me on two different install dates so I could get the different rooms ready. Glad I listen to Jon, $ well spent! Well deserved 5 stars.

We've had Hauglie's Inc do numerous flooring jobs in our current home and previous homes over the years. They have always been professional, courteous and delivered high-quality service. I recommend them to all of my friends when they need carpet and flooring work done at a reasonable price.

The staff were very helpful in explaining the science and engineering behind the carpet to help me decide what was the best fit for my application, budget and look I was going for. They were never pushy or ever tried to up sell me.

I had a rush job to get done before I moved in and their team did a very long day to make sure the carpet was done before I moved into my new home.

I quoted three other carpet suppliers, they were all higher priced and all had "time bound specials" that we had to sign very quickly to get the special. Very high pressure sales tactics which I didn't experience at Hauglies and that is why I will be going back!

I first used Hauglie's Flooring about 7 years ago. I called them because a friend strongly recommended them. I had used a competitor in the past and had been satisfied with their work, but my friend said I just had to give Hauglie's a chance. WOW, is there a difference in flooring companies. Hauglies installed commercial carpet in our office building. The quality of the product is amazing. The Installation went very smooth. The installers were very professional and courteous. We had Hauglies install carpet in our sunroom, a family room and bedroom downstairs, and stairway. The entire process was wonderful - Andria (the office manager) was extremely knowledgeable and offered great recommendations. John, (one of the owners) was personable, funny, knowledgeable, also helped with our selection as well as coming to our home to measure the areas to be covered and provide the estimate. The installers were precise, completing the job perfectly and neatly. I highly recommend the quality and service of Hauglies!

I have used Hauglie's Flooring for several years now on many project from large commercial jobs and personal bedrooms. When they say there is no job to small or too big, they mean it. I have bid Hauglie's against other vendors and they have always been the most economical - great carpet at a great price, and their team is always very responsive.
