First I went else where, but it was a 2 hour wait so I decided to come to Payless Tires. I had a really good experience here at Payless Tires because of Janelle. Janelle has been really great ever since my daughter and I walked in. She got me in and my wait time wasn’t as long as the other tire place. She knew that we were cold so she turned the heat up. She and I even had a great conversation. I told her that my tire went bad right when I got hungry, and of course I wasn’t able to stop. She then gave me a snack. She was really cool and you can tell she likes to make customers happy. I pray that God blesses her and her household!
