The best in town! These girls are awesome. They special order our cigarettes and always make sure they are in stock. They always have them ready before we walk in the door. The customer service is top notch and they are just the sweetest ♥

Huge variety of products and a very nice, clean shop. Impressive walk-in humidor is super cool! Having been in customer service most of my life, I have to give a shout out to Gracen at Firehouse. She is top notch with customers and helping them make choices on different products!!

Great experience here. I live in Brooklyn Park and usually go to a shop near home. I lost my juice on Friday and couldn't go to a store until 830pm. The one I go to had closed at 8pm. Firehouse in WBL is the only shop anywhere relatively nearby that wad open until 10pm. The reviews I looked at before going were great; I understood why immediately after I walked in. They have a wide selection and the service is outstanding. There were two women working Friday night who were both outstanding in helping me choose new juice, get the right coils, and find better bands than I had. I am already a fan and plan to go again in a week or two.

Great service! The women working there are so friendly, kind, polite, and knowledgeable. They are always will to answer questions and give instructions if needed. The staff is the reason I shop there. Anyplace can sell the product but their service is top notch

I can't say enough positive things about this store and those that work there. Savannah is always ready with a hello and a smile for everyone who walks thru their door's, not to mention that she's also my hero as she makes sure to keep the Mountain Dew stocked!! Thanks for that! The other girls are just as friendly and are really knowledgeable about their products despite being relatively new employees! The owner cracks me up and is always ready to jump in and help out whether it be ringing people up, showing someone a new product, or just making conversation with those that might be waiting to check out. Fun atmosphere, competitive prices, and convenient to home and work...definitely a 5 star business!

Rob (the owner) went above and beyond with helping me get the right product for me. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me a step by step tutorial. He even threw in a sample of one of his best selling sleep aids. This is a local business worth your patronage not only for the products they sell but also the customer service they provide. Highly recommend!

Decided to return and get some CBD oil for my cat. Savannah took such good care of me. Her personable skills are outstanding. She really knows her stuff and she treated me like a valued customer. Thank you again for such great customer service!

People should know that THIS is the only place to go for any & all of your smoke shop needs/wants! The owner & staff are extremely friendly & super helpful. (But not in an overbearing kind of way). They have great hours & you will always feel like you're the only customer in the store during your checkout process and/or inquiries you may have about anything. 5 Star🌟🤩Review & Rating because they've genuinely earned it!! I've been to & purchased from multiple other smoke shops & they simply don't compare!!

Always top notch service. I loved the tiny first store you opened down the road (Firehouse) and was amazed coming in your large store at your huge glass selection. All employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and the owner is very helpful and makes you feel like family.

Great selection of juices and mods. In the Wells Fargo parking lot right next to mgm liquor. Friendly owner.

The gal who helped me today did an amazing job. She was super helpful during a busy time and she was able to help me pick out a mod that fit in my budget! Also their Fuji Apple Strawberry Nectarine flavor is awesome. I will for sure be coming back a lot more.

This place has the nicest and most helpful crew imaginable. It's a bit small and the prices are pretty high. Especially on coils! But it is worth the occasional stop. Plus being able to test the juice??? That's priceless. So many times I've ended up with complete trash flavors buying online. Dusty makeup flavor, or burnt coffee and printer toner. Here? That never happens. Definitely recommend 🍻
