Double Dragon Foods

This is a really well stocked Asian grocery store.

They had a lot of really good looking produce and a lot of southeast Asian spices and curries. (Hmong, Lao, Karen, Thai, and Vietnamese ingredients) They also had a large Indian section and a large Hispanic section.

I was unable to find the Japanese ingredient I was looking for but there is an entire aisle of Japanese noodles.

My go to place for alot of goods!
Positive atmosphere and good vibes. Deli always has fresh food that sells fast.

Authentic Asian grocery store with an assortment of hot cooked Asian meals. They also have plenty of seafood with a tank of live lobsters. Every type of Asian sauce, seasoning, and spice I've ever heard of, plus more.

Why you guys let’s them ask money at your store I feel like I don’t want to come to your store anymore because you let’s the to stay but one thing I ask your employer security guys why you let’s them ask money and that he answer me we keep telling them not to come here and not to ask money but they don’t listen I’m glad to heard that ur employment, security guy

I'd rate it a 4.5/5 which basically evens out as 5.0 on the scale. It has a nice selection for what it offers. Lots of sales going on. Nice fruit selection.

Okay so this isn't the fault of the store itself but coming here, there are often young healthy looking guys who ask for bus money outside the store. It's just silly in my opinion but something to keep in mind as it's happened a handful of times. Not all the time though.

I enjoyed this food. It was good. I suggest you buy larges and then have lots of left overs for years. I then suggest you make great offerings to Kabal to help sustain good luck and fortune. Many blessings on your journey 🙏🏿✨🙌

My absolute Favorite place it the north metro for quality LOW PRICED BEEF. Flank steak almost ALWAYS 50% cheaper then regular grocery stores. The BIGGEST sea food section I EVER SEEN......

Nice deals on meats I love this place

Great place to shop when you're looking for specific ingredients/food that isn't offered at stores like cub foods/Walmart etc. Such as Korean, African, Mexican or Hmong ingredients. This store is one of my go to's when it comes down to making food outside of American food.

One of the best asian markets in the area. It has a wide variety of brands, ingredients, and great prices on things like mint or basil that would cost a fortune at quantity in traditional markets. If you like asian cooking and are looking for authentic ingredients, this is the place!

Lots of good choices here. Fresh produce, aisles for Indian, African, and Central American food as well as lots of Asian selections. They carry the blue corn tortillas that I like. Great meat selection, too.

The store smells when you first walk in, you'll get used to it. Good prices on tofu and dried meats. Large frozen meat section. Locked jewelry store inside.

Great prices. Grab a thing or two or slip a couple bucks to the special needs gentleman waiting at the door.

Centrally located at Maryland and Rice Street, this medium sized Asian market. It especially caters to southeast Asian communities like Cambodia Myanmar, Karen, Laos, Thai, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia, well-represented in the neighborhood.

The fresh produce and meat departments are very well provisioned, at competitive prices. One highlight is a kitchenette in the corner where many ethnic dishes are prepared fresh and hot, salads are chopped fresh, sandwiches are rolled and deep fried meats still steaming are wrapped for sale, alongside the usual Asian snacks and kueh.

Staff are generally very helpful, polite and friendly. Your checkout experience will be quick and modern and pleasant. Recommend!

Great variety of Asian foods. A real treasure. I was there for Fried Garlic and noticed a family size pkg of chicken hearts, believe it or not, I'd been searching for chicken hearts, so this was a place I'll return to again!

I got 3 lbs of hamburger, 2 New York strip steaks and 4 thick cut pork chops for $10.50. You can not bet that. I highly recommend Double Dragon, especially if you have to stick to a budget. Cashiers are all very patient and are eager to help.

They have a great variety of groceries ranging from typical items like potatoes to rare items like pig feet. This store has a lot of things I can't find at larger grocery stores. I go here when I'm in Saint Paul just to get random goodies. Cheap prices too.
