Griffith Park

Nice park for a quick walk from the area neighborhoods. Has a green space about the size of a Soccer field and a short trail through the woods that’s probably just shy of a quarter mile. Very quiet and great for letting the dog run

Nice quiet park, nestled in-between housing tracts. This park has a nice pine sented trail through-out. Plenty of parking, since not many ppl know about it, great sunbathing/picnic/hang-out spot.

Quiet, good fields and playground.....GREAT sledding hill.

While the trails and open field are certainly well-maintained and enjoyable to visit, there is absolutely nothing else here. There is no eating area, no play area and no other major attraction to draw people to the park. Couple those issues with a distinct lack of awareness about this park and I can’t imagine why anyone would actually come here. If there is a single reason for this park’s existence, I would consider it a tremendous place to have an open-air festival or concert. The open field at Griffith Park is beautiful, flat and (if electricity is available) perfect for hosting something of that nature.

This is a tiny "park" that really shouldn't be called a park. It's mostly a small, open field behind some houses along Marsh Road. It's also adjacent to a very small wooded area with a few paths trampled though it. Not even big enough for a walk. Of course, if you're looking for a place to throw a frisbee around with a few friends, then maybe this is the place.
