What a great bunch of people who have taken a rundown and almost abandoned locomotive shop and turned it into something spectacular! Everyone so happy to work there, so engaged, and passionate about their coffee craft. Did I mention the coffee is delicious? They offer mail order and your can get it through Amazon! They bagged a new customer today.

2023.08 really good americano. Other coffee and hot chocolate are great also. I think it would be better if it is a little hotter, it is hot enough. Only my preference like hotter coffee.

Front door parking, you can sit in, they have few tables. Price is right

Really nice coffee shop! Cool atmosphere with great sizes for coffee! Bathroom is clean. The staff were super friendly and service was fast!

Great cup of coffee. Better than Starbucks. Service and atmosphere was on point. Great place to grab a coffee relax inside or outside or in the area on the side with you pooch.

Great coffee, atmosphere and super staff. They serve many more drink choices than coffee, with some plant-based options. Would like the smoothie options to include frozen kale and/or banana add-ons. Can imagine this spot taking over neighboring space for more seating which they would definitely fill.

Not a coffee drinker at all, BUT I do love good graffiti…and the tasteful ,beautiful graffiti on and near this business is outstanding!! Take a stroll outside this business and Im sure you'll agree..we really do have talent in this area! My only question is why the infamous “FOSTER” does not have any of his artwork out there!??

Friend took me here when I was in town for the day. This place is kind of tucked away, but they make some really good coffee. Both of my friends placed orders that were long and full of words I didn't understand. They loved it that time and all of the other times they've been there. I had the cold brew and it was fantastic.

Very trendy coffee shop in Utica, NY. Definitely a place you should check out on your visit. The menu has very interesting options which are seasonal. If you are tired of Starbucks and want to try something different, hit up Utica Coffee.

Nice little coffee shop, looks cool on the inside with a good shop to buy stuff from. The drinks we ordered were great with lots of flavor, if ever back in Utica I would definitely go back! ☕

Loved this cute little coffee shop. It has decent number of seatings on the outside as well. Their quote “Wake the hell up” made my day😂. Had my mandatory americano, bagel sandwich and a banana chocolate chip loaf. Everything was good. Will definitely suggest to visit if you are in Utica.

Hands down, my favorite coffee in all NY state! I've had coffee all over the states, and I haven't had a consistently good coffee, whether it's their original blend or their flavored ones.

Really cool coffee house. Reminds me of the kind in NYC of Seattle. Coffee is to does for. Service is friendly and warm. Just hang out or take out. Either way, a great experience.

Attentive and friendly staff with solid espresso

This coffee house offers a plethora of coffee drinks and espresso on a relatively quiet street right off of the main highway. The outside of the building is bright and colorful and they offer outdoor seating.

The inside of the shop had a cool ambiance provided by the metal tall tables, comfortable seats, and well lit (but dim) lights. As your walk past the tables and chairs you are greeted by a wall of take home coffee on the right and the bar to your left.

The staff was friendly and quick (only ordered an espresso which they only do doubles). The checkout was a breeze and there was ample seating at the time we went (early lunch).

If you happen to be swinging by on your way through Utica, give it a shot. It's worth the few minutes off the highway.

By far the best coffee shop in the area! I always go out of my way to stop here even if not for the coffee I'll always grab one of their many baked goods or delicious drinks that aren't caffeinated. Speaking of I've never had a better hot chocolate anywhere else truly to die for! If you're thinking about stopping here stop thinking and just go.

I always make a pit stop here to pick up a bag (or three) of cannoli coffee when I come home to upstate NY... It's just so good! Then I tell all my friends in my adopted city (Philly) about what they're missing out on. Utica Coffee has an amazing variety of roasts, but I tend to always stick with cannoli when I buy beans.

We were in town overnight while traveling through. We decided to come to Utica Coffee Roasting Company for a quick breakfast and coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. It was one of the best experiences I've had in the coffee shop. The food was delicious and the coffee was wonderful. If you're ever in Utica, make sure you come here for your coffee and breakfast.
