Quiet and friendly environment during midday. Good feels for Hartford local eatery. It was a pleasant meal and enjoyable time with the family.

We had the 3 piece fried cod dinners and the fish was delicious. We had a side salad with the fish instead of the fries and it was amazing! So beautiful and so delicious...with wonderfully sweet red onion, purple cabbage, tomatoes, and carrots. Great value for the money and our server was super friendly and right there with everything we wanted.

Hanks is the best place in my opinion to enjoy a delicious fish fry and a cold beer! The owner takes pride in the food served here, and I have not had a bad meal ever when I've visited! All of the bartending and wait staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food is fairly priced, and made to order! Highly recommend stopping in and trying the chicken, speciality hot dogs, wings, and as stated above the fish fry!

Legit small town place. Burgers seemed homemade and are delicious. Fryer things were fresh and tasty. Great beer selection.

Great unexpected time! Kevin was very nice and even though it was a late Tuesday night with a smaller crowd, he in no way did anything to give off the "it's getting late" vibe we've all seen at other establishments...I had tacos which , by the way, were, for $1.50, VERY good and was expecting again the subtle "it's too late to be making extravagant dishes at this time of night" attitude immediately said no problems at all and set me up real well. Overall had a great time even though I spent more than I should have it was great night out and actually made a friend. Check it out I'm sure you'll love it.

All there food is home made. The soups are assume. I had their peanut butter cheeseburger and I would have never expected it to taste sooooooo good! I can't wait to go back for another one. If your in Hartford you have to try Hank's!

Hanks is awesome! Very good food. I have taken my family there several times for lunch and dinner. I have purchased their chicken to go. It has all been great.
Can you find the hidden bar in Hanks? That is a ton of fun! It is where my husband and I go to have a drink. The bar tender is awesome and the drinks are spectacular! Love it. Looking forward to heading in soon again.

The BEST build your own Mac N' Cheese... good wings, try the fried wonton mozzarella sticks, great burgers, incredible Mojitos (only if Chris makes them) and fair prices all around.

When we visit Wisconsin we always look for fish fries, specifically Perch. This is the place! We liked it so much for dinner on Friday that we returned on Saturday for lunch. Great staff and wonderful service.

Chris is an awesome bar tender! Very friendly and tentative! I was reluctant to try the pepper jack peanut butter burger. But he told us a story of when he tried one while on vacation. Then now eats them all time! Great job, thanks!

They have great food, a great atmosphere, and the staff really takes the time to know you. It is one of my most favorite places to go and have a drink and a bit to eat.

This place is great... i got a Chicago hotdog, and i ate it up in a minute flat,because it was so good.... there is a really sweet waitress/bartender here that is so sweet and nice to make small talk with.

Very family owned.they treat you like family.they are really nice and down to earth fun staff.good and safe location and environment.very good fresh hot food.bar and tvs.fast service.i only go there for fish fry no other place cuz its so good.no long lines or waitin for seat.i been goin there for 10yrs

Excellent service on a Wednesday night. Great, inexpensive midweek fish fry (3-pc cod) with a classic German potato salad and pretty good tap selection of WI craft brews.

Mystery Beer Thursday's, (personal favorite), great bartenders, nice crowd. The burgers are great. They have a hot dog that they might still serve that isn't listed on the menu.
The "Hog Dog" is a hot dog wrapped in bacon.
They also have a Chicago Dog, with sport peppers on a poppy seed bun as it should be.
