I've been a client for years, Allen and D have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you're shopping around for a planner.

I had an interview for a small new air cleaning company that was right next to this place (literally in the same building) and I accidently went to their door instead of the door I was supposed to go in because the direction sign was so confusing. The old blonde receptionist lady was extremely rude and was like "You need to read the sign! The place you're looking for is through the other door!" and I was so embarrassed because she said it in front of her co-workers . Apparently she had a lot of people going in through their door because of the confusing sign and she took it out on me! It was so rude and unprofessional. I made sure to call to complain to a higher up but low and behold she was the one who answered the phone was super defensive and hung up on me and didn't pick up the phone when I tried to call back! I would never do business here because of that!
