Molecular Eatery and Patisserie - Gluten Free Bakery

This bakery is absolutely wonderful! I'd been searching for a place to find gluten free items and Molecular did not disappoint! I tasted the food in the car, and it was so good, I went back in for more. 😂 I highly recommend this Eatery.

We tried the bourbon pecan tart and it was really good! The gluten free crust was perfect! Hope to go back soon and hopefully they will carry more dairy free items soon :)

The newest gluten free bakery in town!!! Must have for all sorts of gluten free goodness!!! They do pizza and calzone to order. The crust on that the pizza is the best gluten-free crust I've ever had. They're bourbon pecan tart is amazing. Even my gluten eating friends think it's absolutely fantastic. Their selection can be small, but if you call ahead they can make nearly anything you would like. With the pandemic it's slightly smaller than it would be normally but they're increasing what they carry and like I said can make to order with warning. The prices are fair, they are as nice as can be. I really enjoy going in there and getting special treats for myself and my family.

Never disappointed! The bourbon pecan pies are amazing and so is the wonderful owner. If you want the absolute best gluten free crust anywhere, get your pizza here! We live in Lima and drive to Rochester just for the food here. The buffalo chicken pizza...beyond words...the homemade ranch is unlike any other...it should be bottled and sold..and the roasted chicken is far better than anything you will find elsewhere. Best buff chicken pizza we have ever had gluten free or not! One calzone could feed a small army and are just delicious. You cannot go wrong eating anything from here. Everything is absolutely fantastic. Order early for fridays and saturdays:) We are happy to support this business owned by a female, black entrepreneur who works as hard as her food is good.

We ordered Calzones, Pizzas, a Bourbon Pecan Tart and a Tiramisu after seeing the article and interview with the D&C. Our family contains 3 Gluten Free eaters due to allergies/insensitivities including Celiac. The dough from Molecular was simply outstanding. We have eaten at many fine restaurants here and all over New York City and have never had a better, fresher tasting experience than at Molecular. While we are on the opposite side of town we envision many trips back to enjoy their outstanding offerings. The Calzones are massive - easily would feed two if not three people. Both desserts were to die for, absolutely delicious. I am not one of the GF crowd and truly enjoyed everything we ordered. If you are Gluten Free and feel you have been missing out on 'real' pizza/calzone dough your prayers have been answered. We can't wait to return to try the sandwiches.

Ordered a calzone with cheese and chicken and it was DELICIOUS!! Amazing tasting dough! Not to mention it was HUGE!! Also purchased some peanut butter cookies and they melt in your mouth. Cannot even tell that all of it was gluten free!! Definitely returning for more! Thank you!!

Hands down the best gluten free bread products I have ever had. I usually try to choose foods that are "naturally" gluten free like rice dishes, salads, etc, and avoid foods "should" have gluten - pizzas, calzones, etc. - since they never live up to expectations. But Molecular not only lived up to but exceeded my expectations - BY FAR! I enjoyed (and will enjoy for several more meals since the portions are so generous) a Buffalo chicken pizza and pepperoni calzone, and I can't wait to try more. This shop is an absolute treasure.

It's hard to find great gluten free pizza that you can be confident is safe. This pizza isn't only delicious, but is in a dedicated GF facility. I'll be back! Can't wait to try more!

WOW! So happy we stumbled upon this place! Went for dessert but left with a calzone and we were soooooo okay with that! 100% gluten free!? Whatttt???! I had to call back after we had started eating the calzone in the car and double check that it was really gluten free because it was so DANK! WOW! Only one member of our party eats gluten free and everyone (3 of us) insisted we had to call because none of us could tell the difference!!!! The sauce was amazing and the flavors were amazing. Worth the few minutes wait for a made to order meal - it’s a MASSIVE calzone...like the size of a football....gluten free? Best gluten free dough I’ve ever tasted...absolutely delicious. Plan to go back on Tuesday :)

Ps... it’s been two hours now and we can’t stop talking about how we still taste the calzone in our mouths and how good it was 😂😂😂😂

So great! The calzone was HUGE and really tasty! And the Buffalo Chicken pizza was so good. Really good crust, so many great flavors, and really nice service. HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing food! The calzone was HUGE! The crust was soooo good. I wish could give a 6th star for the amazing tort. I had the fruit tart... it was the best thing I've ever eaten.

I use this term in relation to how beautiful everything looks in combination with the fabulous taste at Molecular!
India, made a few suggestions but when I saw the mini pecan dessert (the size of a pie) with chocolate drizzled thruout, I knew that baked bliss was soon coming my way!
Pecan to Crust, it was ab-fab!!!
We have No doubt, there will be No disappointments in any of the available array for a ‘Molecular’ experience!
So glad they are located right on Genesee!

Next, I will try some food (maybe the Calzone!) and a dessert!

Just tried for the first time for their brunch test run; wow!! Amazing food, amazing staff. I can’t wait to try the pizzas, calzones and sandwiches.

The Nutella sandwich cookies I got were amazing! Looking forward to going back and trying more!
