Yes, Public Storage W 47th St is well maintained and immaculately clean, BUT what makes the difference and will keep my business there is the manager Asia, and the service I received from her! I recently had some concerns regarding my relatively new account. Asia worked tirelessly to resolve my issues in a way that were fair and accommodating. Excellent follow through and a true customer advocate. Bravo Asia (and Public Storage for having an employee like her)!

I've been using Public Storage at 47th street for a few months after transferring from another branch and truly feel actually cared for. The staff was friendly and helpful and the manager Asia really made me feel heard and related to while also keeping the air of professionalism.
The facility is clean, cool & seemed well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind, and comfortability about storing my stuff there. The access hours are really great and necessary for me and my business.
If you need a comfortable, friendly, reliable storage option, this place does the job. The manager truly goes above and beyond the stereotype of someone in a managerial position.

We had the best experience with AB and Asia, they were friendly, accommodating and really went out of their way to ensure a seamless experience with Public Storage. Their customer service was above 5 stars. Thank you for all that you do!

Carmen was so patient and supportive when we got here. Her suggestion to reserve the unit online saved us 30 dollars per month! The place is clean and climate controlled. Would recommend.

I went there to rent a small warehouse. I met with Loyd and Mars. They provided me with all the explanations and details regarding how to rent. Loyd took me to the place I rented. He explained to me how to use the door lock and how to enter the building using the place’s phone application. Friendly customer service. The prices are very reasonable, the place is clean, and it has cameras and is excellently protected. I would definitely recommend it

Elise and Asia were not what one usually encounters in our transactional world. Moving is stressful and when at my wits end they showed a high level of professionalism and knowledge along with what I did not expect:compassion. They exceeded all expectations and went the extra mile to educate and assure that Public Storage was the best choice for my money. I would also like to mention gratitude for their supervisor Gabriel for his patience and effort's to untie a knot that saved the day. Bravo to a most trustworthy team.

Once again brothers DJ & Anderson at Public Storage on 262 Mott street helped me with respect and courtesy, and I am always looking forward to seeing them whenever I stop by to visit my storage unit. I have been a customer for many years and since they started working here, it has been a much better experience for me, as they are always very helpful with any questions or concerns I may have.
