Panorama Restaurant and Lounge

My boyfriend and I visited for the first time today for breakfast. Wow! So good. We had initially planned on going elsewhere but were turned off by the environment when we went in. So happy that happened as we now have our new favorite place! The service was great, all the girls were in a great mood and were friendly. It really feels like a family environment. We had the crab cake benedict which was super flavorful. I have had a wide range of crab cakes and these were fantastic! My boyfriend had a special, the cannoli pancakes, and they were wonderful. I also ordered a half order of biscuits with gravy as they're my favorite thing and I feel like they are a good indicator of a restaurant. The gravy was creamy and delicious! All of it was super impressive, staff was attentive and sweet. I loved that they don't have the place packed tight. Some places you feel like your packed like sardines, but this was comfortable. 10/10 Will be coming back with more people!

We stopped here before heading home from a weekend trip. We really enjoyed everything. It is clean, great staff, and tasty food! We would stop again, if in the area!

I have been to the Panorama Restaurant a few times and have never been disappointed. They have a great Specials menu that provides some great variety. The standard menu is great too. The staff is always polite and helpful. Good food, a clean table, and wonderful service - you can't go wrong!

2022 update. Everything is still true. 1 server was working the majority of the room and she did it beautifully. Food was hot and served quickly. 5 stars, and then some ☺

Been here 3 times and yet have I've been disappointed. Always has great classy workers who actually care about the customers. Very nice atmosphere to sit down and eat. Next stop is to try the dinners. The breakfast here in my opinion is the best. Or it's just they have the best cooks at that location. Hands down my favorite restaurant. If you haven't been then you need to go and taste it for yourself. 💯💨💯💨💯

Stopped for lunch just because we were driving by and hungry. We were NOT disappointed! The menu was diverse, the wings were fantastic, the soup & sandwiches were tasty, the bar was a treat. The highlight was the amazing service by Sheree- haven’t had such an awesome server in years!!!!

Excellent food. Seemed short staffed but our waitress & the cooks were very efficient. Although we waited a bit longer than usual it wasn't crazy long.
Definitely will revisit.

Loved the welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were nice to use both for bowling and hobbies.

Been going here for years. Love this place! Great tasting breakfast with fast and friendly service. Bar serves great drinks. Bartenders are always working hard. Good music playing with an upbeat atmosphere. Check these guys out!

I just had my first taste of food from the Panorama Restaurant. It won’t me my last. Their fried chicken was at all greasy, but was tender, juicy, crispy and tasty. The French Fries were real, but were just a wee bit limp, probably due to the fact this was a delivery order. I enjoyed them very much anyway. Their turtle cake is to die for! I could eat the whole cake it was so heavenly! You guys have a new customer from now on.

Great experience. Clean bar, great staff! Tons of TVs. Great place to watch the football games. Wings are the best! They also serve Rochester's best breakfast. They do not disappoint. Highly recommend it here. One of favorites for years. Same owners for years which means they do it right.

For me Leslie is one of the best, if not the best bartender around. She always greets you walking in the door with a giant smile, and her sense of humor and fantastic service makes you not want to leave. And the food and drinks are absolutely terrific!! It's a must experience!!!

Went there with large party. Given private room and service was excellent. Food was hot and well cooked. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

When I was living in Rochester we always had breakfast at Panorama. They have gluten free options available and the food and service are always great. I had a meeting here a week ago with an old friend and as usual the food and service was AMAZING

The staff is always friendly and the food is good. I've had their pancakes more than once, fritatta, homefries, and nachos. I've mostly been for brunch but I also went for a gathering with co-workers to the bar side.

The building is split into two areas so the restaurant is completely separate from the bar area. That's nice because it keeps the restaurant a family-friendly calm environment. There's a separate entrance to the bar area on the right side of the building. The bar tender was fast and attentive.

Great food reasonably priced. Very friendly waitressing staff. And, just a nice family restaurant atmosphere. I like the vibe. Don't go there as much as I'd like but as often as possible!

Love Panorama! We go there almost every Friday for either just drinks or drinks then dinner. They have an amazing fish fry! They have great breakfast too! The service is always very friendly and they accommodate my picky food requests. Usually have nice specials too.
