The Club At Brookfield Hills Apartments

Hi My Name is Ana Rodriguez. I would like to be honest on my stay here , This Place is Very comfortable and peaceful. Move in was a breeze and there was bumps in the beginning not going to lie with our dryer etc. but , The Office and Maintenance has made it 100% smooth for us when it comes to fixing our issues. This place is very Pet friendly for Dogs & Cats. It is close to pretty much everything from Costco to shopping malls. After almost a year here , we do have our moments with slight noise or upper apartment noises. it is tolerable so its no issue for us. There is smells from other peoples cooking but, 98% of the time its a good smell . other than that this place has made us feel safer than anywhere else we have been living at. The community is so welcoming and lots of fun events to be a part of . Prices Vary of course and What we pay is reasonable compared to other places charging 3x the amount that we have looked at .
The Amenities are worth it , This Place has become our new home . We would like to thank the office staff like Devan & Fran for always looking out and helping when we need it . Thank you guys for helping us find which apartment suits us better and being patient with us ! Take Care everyone ! [:

Best place I’ve ever lived! Management couldn’t be nicer and they’re always available. Management communicates quickly and efficiently. Neighbors are always friendly and willing to help you out if you need something. Gorgeous units with great amenities as well.

We have lived here for a couple months and have loved everything. We are in the Pinnacle and face the golf course. It is so quiet and peaceful. I never hear my neighbors. The buildings and grounds are kept spotless. Fran in the office has been super helpful. Apartment living is new to us and she has helped make the transition very smooth. The maintenance staff is amazing. Almost always same day service. I am looking forward to the summer when the pool is open. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend The Club at Brookfield Hills.

Recently relocated here from Illinois, we have enjoyed our stay so far. Customer service has been excellent, staff is super friendly and helpful. They definitely made us feel welcomed. Great amenities.
So far so good. Looking forward to seeing how beautiful it will look during the summer months.
The maintenance team keeps the foyer clean and smelling fresh.
The carpet in the hallways have experienced a lot of traffic, naturally the carpet looks warn. That would be my only negative if I had to give one. Overall so happy we found this place, perfect location.

One of the best places to live in the Brookfield area. This is a very luxurious, clean and dog friendly community. Staff members are very nice, supportive and dedicated. Act very fast on the maintenance works. Some of the best things are golf club, bigger apartments, clean society, good schools, nearby grocery stores etc.,

Sweet Devan helped my fiancé and I find the apartment we needed SO easy! She was kind and patient when we weren’t quick to finish our application bc we were out of town during the deadline, and she was very helpful during the move-in process. She even noticed that we had gotten engaged between our tour and our move-in date! While we’ve only been living here a short period of time, all encounters with the leasing office have been very positive.

Just one word - Excellent. I live in Pinnacle complex. It's a great apartment complex with excellent school district. The surroundings are beautiful. The maintenance is excellent. The office staff, property manager and the maintenance staff's are excellent and very cool. The requests will be resolved within a day (at-least till date) and they keep us informed of any maintenance events or anything else.

My experience was wonderful! I lived here 2 years and found the staff headed by Kassie were always available to help in anyway they could. The amenities; underground parking, fitness center, and outdoor pool in the summer were fantastic! Many times in the summer I would invite my kids and grandkids to come over and swim. Rent is fair, the place is always clean and well kept. I would recommend The Cub at Brookfield Hills to Family and Friends!! Location is perfect!

We just renewed our lease for the second time for our space in the Terrace. It is a great place to live for us. Very quiet, rarely hear the neighbors, and our apartment is adjacent to laundry and storage and we aren't disturbed anytime during the day with noise in the laundry room! The office staff is very friendly and responsive to questions and/or requests, and the maintenance staff is outstanding! I love the convenience of the phone app and automatic payments for rent! I highly recommend Brookfield Hills if you're looking for great apartment living.

Very nice sized apartment choices and well kept. Brittany was our main point of contact when we were first looking and kept in touch with us during the process. Very knowledgeable and kind. Madison is another contact at the office and very helpful. Very dog friendly complex. They even have poop bag stations and a dog swimming party at the end of the human pool season. Great experience so far.

The Club at Brookfield Hills was a great community to live in during my 4 years there. They are very on top of any maintenece needs or any other concerns you may have as a resident. It’s very safe and apartments are in good, clean condition when you move in. The pool and fitness room are an added bonus to living there as well as the small events they offer like bringing milkshake trucks etc. I would definitely recommend living in this community!

Excellent staff and maintenance they are professional, kind and take care of there residents. The property is well taken care both inside and outside. Located by shopping and restaurants easy access to the freeway. We are on our six year here and it's all credited to the outstanding staff!

One of the best places to live. Have lived here for almost 1.9 years. The leasing office staff especially Gabrielle and Kasey are very helpful and nice. The maintained team is awesome too. The pool gym and club house are great too. The property is clean and well maintained too. Brook field square mall is about one mile from here. Love staying here.

The Club is a wonderful place to live.
We have lived here for 10 years now because our apartment is spectacular and the staff is great and accomodating. Everything is kept up to date. The grounds are manicured and beautiful. The maintenance staff is always Johnny on the spot if we have an issue.
Doug, Kyle, Justin and Jason have always maintained the property in top notch condition. Heather, Kasey, Tyler, Madison and Brittany, the management team, keep all of the tennants up to date on events sponsored by Wimmer Communities. They also schedule several holiday events and pool parties.

I have lived at The Club at Brookfield Hills since 2012 and have loved every year of it. It is a relaxing community with neighbors who easily engage with you no matter if you've known them 6 years or 6 seconds. The Maintenance team is top notch and always friendly to fix whichever area needs the repair. The time between a request and service is always short, which is refreshing compared to other places I have lived at prior.

They also have a nice gym, with both a cardio station and weight lifting station. In the Summer, it's nicely air conditioned and has a pool table for the times you want to just hang out with family friends. In addition, a pool that is always clean and maintained daily. It's a nice area, especially during these Summer months, to listen to some music, read a book, etc. while also jumping into the pool to cool off.

The friendly staff also meets each request and makes you feel welcomed and not intrusive. Along with this, there is an area inside called The Clubhouse where one can study, watch TV, or event rent it for a night to host parties and gatherings.

Great apartment with a wonderful view. A very warm and welcoming community. I especially love the common area and the library - great place to catch up with other moms or kick back and read a book. The leasing staff were super helpful and accommodative, considering our need for an immediate move in. Very prompt and respectful maintenance staff as well! Would definitely recommend The Club!

We've lived here for 6 months and have loved it here so far. Staff and maintenance are very responsive. Tyler did a great job at finding us an apartment that fit all of our needs! Tyler went above and beyond to breakdown all the options that fit what we were looking for.

Live in The Pinnacle building. The main lobby is always clean and inviting. For Christmas they put up a beautiful 12 ft tree. There is plenty of parking for everyone. The paid garage is heated and havent seen or heard of any issue with people take spots that arent theirs. The grounds are well maintained. The gym is small but better than most I've seen at other apartments. Also the gym is 24/7 with the key they give you.
Maintenance is very quick to make repairs when submitted. Usually arriving the next day. when they are done with the work it's as if they where never and the problem didnt exist. They are very respectful of you and your place like wearing booties over shoes to not dirty the carpet. Also very nice to pets.
Office admin personnel are friendly and try very hard to accommodate for you. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help with anything. They also have a staff member in the building 7 days a week. Various hours on weekends and holidays of course. The staff also threw a great pool party in August catering Qudoba, hired a DJ and raffles and other things. It was a good way to meet the people living in this complex (the Pinnacle, Terraces, and Lofts)
My S.O. and I have just re-upped our lease for another year. Friendly and quite neighbors, close to the freeway but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. Just about everything you need within 2 miles of you!

Fabulous, spacious, well-maintained apartment with fantastic views of the golf course, on a lovely complex with great facilities. Nearby shops are close enough to walk to and it's just a few minutes away from the I-94 by car. Downtown Milwaukee 15 mins, airport 20 mins, excellent location. Staff are really friendly, shout outs to Molly and Madison in Leasing and all of the maintenance crew, who are always so fast to respond to any issues.
