My dog is difficult but not aggressive. I had to hold him down so that he could get his two annual shots. The staff worked with me and I was very thankful. The alternative was having him rendered unconscious all day for two shots. The doctor was very understanding and I appreciate her position. See you next year and thanks again.

I love this vet clinic, and have since I was a kid coming here with my parents! It's a place that's warm, caring, and feels like family. No matter what vet you see, you will be getting excellent care. Several of the vets have been practicing here for over 20 years, and one of those long-term vets' daughter is practicing here now too!

We've tried a number of Brookfield vets and by far the best customer service at the desk, available hours, care, pricing, professionalism. Appointment was early, 8 am on a Saturday, everyone on the staff was smiling, happy and friendly.

Excellent care for my Yorkie! Wonderful staff. The office area as well as each pet examination room are spotlessly clean. Doctor Wertz has been a wonderful vet. All pets and owners coming and going seem very happy! Prices are very reasonable, too.

Great vet office. I trust them with all of my animals, and I have quite the zoo. Dr. Weaver is the best (both of them!)

As first time dog owners, my husband and I were eager to find a good care facility to help us with all the questions we would inevitably have. Bluemound Animal Hospital has certainly exceeded our expectations! Not only were they the least expensive choice in the area for starting a new pet, but they have individual attention and care for each animal. It is a smaller facility, but with plenty of expert care on staff, so it really is the perfect combo. My favorite part? They answer the phone on the second ring almost every time! And it's a real human on the other line! No wait time and no "our menu options have changed". This was essential, for example, when my small dog ate something bad. I called in a panic and they calmly told me how to induce her vomiting myself, and then scheduled a check up for the next week after I called back. We love this vet, and are thankful we found them!

We are new to the area & took our newly-adopted rescue to the clinic for a checkup last August, and been back a couple of times for shots & tests. Dr. Bitter has been wonderful & the clinic staff is very welcoming.

Have taken our dog to Dr. Bitter for 15 years. Such great service! Sadly, we had to put our girl down this week, but everyone was so nice, caring and professional during our sad visit. Hope that we can come back in future when we are brave enough to start another crazy adventure with the next animal! Thanks so much.

I'm so happy to have found Dr. Bitter. I have an african clawed frog and she is very loved. Exotic vets and fish vets are so hard to find as it is, but everyone in my own area that sees exotics was only willing to euthanize her due to bloating, but Dr. Bitter has extensive experience, knowledge, and drained her in a jiffy. I know she's "only a frog", but I have not been able to find a doctor able to help her feel better, and I'm so grateful to Dr. Bitter and his extremely friendly and efficient staff. I hope my beloved pet is going to be fine from now on, but I will be back for sure if she needs more treatments. Would recommend 100%!

I have been going to Bluemound Animal Hospital for decades with three of my fur babies. We now have our fourth kitten and we took her to Bluemound Animal Hospital too. Today, we had an emergency with our kitten getting a fishing lure stuck in her paw (my son had left it on his floor!). We took her there as quick as we could and the team jumped into action to help her. Thank you to Dr. Bitter and the entire team at Bluemound Animal Hospital.

Very caring staff; always willing to try and fit you into the schedule and the Doctors are thorough in their assessment. At 6 years old, our Guinea Pig has special needs and they were very much willing to address those. Highly recommended!!

I have used Bluemound Animal Hospital for all of my kitties. Very good care and I have always been able to get a last minute appointment for acute concerns. All of the docs are great, but we like Dr. Bitter!

My dog is anxious when it comes to going to the vet. She also doesn't do well around other dogs and men. Bluemound Animal Hospital gives us "special treatment". They will let us know when the lobby is clear and if it's okay for my dog to enter. They always make sure Koda is being treated by a female vet. Their care and compassion are unmatched.

Got my hamster in within a day!!!! Very friendly and informative staff!!! AND THE PRICES ARE SO REASONABLE!!!!!! Wish they were closer to Oak Creek. The vet I go to for my cat is double the price for an office visit! This place may become our new vet even if I have to drive!

We have been coming to this wonderful clinic for 14yrs. This last visit was the hardest visit our family has been though but these wonderful people made us all feel so loved. Our precious 12yr old Lola Bear crossed over the bridge. Dr. Bitter and his team (so wish I knew all their names) we so patient, caring and loving. And then in the mail today receiving a beautiful card. Oh my heart

Bluemound Animal Hospital is always very good to us. For each of my French bulldog's unique needs and personalities, they are there with a wealth of knowledge and positivity. They know how important animals are and always make a point to get them in as soon as possible. I really feel so confident and grateful for my choice to make them our "go-to" Vet Clinic.

Bluemound Animal Hospital has always taken good care of our cat! Everyone is so friendly! Dr. Weaver explains everything in terms that we can understand and always takes the time to answer all of our questions. We now drive 20 minutes to visit this clinic, highly recommend!

This place is amazing. I only take my exotics here on emergency as I live 50 min away. They are the only place that will take my Chinese Water Dragon, Snake, and Frogs. They are so nice. They always find a way to get us in that day or the next. Dr. Wertz is knowledgeable and just an all around bad a** when it comes to taking care off exotics. Thankful for this place.

I had to try to find a last minute appointment at an exotic vet for my hamster, and they happened to have an availability, and I am SO glad they did. The staff here was incredibly nice, the wait time was short, everyone was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had or could have. I will DEFINITELY be bringing all my pets here.
