Woodridge Apartments And Townhomes

Love this place! My one-bedroom is spacious and accommodating. The grounds are well kept and pleasant to walk my dogs around on. The office staff is friendly and helpful, making sure any problems are taken care of quickly. Parking lot was kept plowed and sidewalks shoveled and salted in the winter. The location is great too, right down the street from big box shopping. Overall, a very comfortable place to live!

I just have to say that our maintenece is superb here, and especially Billy Ray. He is courteous, friendly, understanding and professional. Any maintenance issues are addressed and resolved quickly. Thank you for having Billy on the maintenance team!

I have lived in my Woodridge Apartment townhouse since 2015. The Woodridge Apartments are safe, clean, quiet, and family oriented. Woodridge Apartments provides quality service.

I was having problems regulating and sometimes turning off my stove. I called maintenance and they suggested a different stove. The office has ordered a new one.

Billy is amazing! He totally helped us in a bind and went above and beyond in my opinion.

Woodridge apartments is the most disappointing rental experience you can fathom. Upon the start of the lease, it was noted that the hanging electrical outlet under the sink is not up to code and a fire hazard. Nothing was done about it. I asked several times to pay for a parking pass (which is free). I was never able to get one. I had to park in the road, in which I received 5 parking tickets within 6 months even though I purchased a parking pass from the police department in New Berlin.

The grounds keeping blew grass and rocks all over my car and left . During the winter, they violated their own snow plow policy and I frequently had to dig my own car out as well as my neighbors. The Leasing staff would send piss poor excuses for emails on their behalf about the snow policy after several complaints that only further showed they were in the wrong. Be prepared to wait a full 24 hours after it is done snowing before any sort of plowing or shoveling is done.

The leasing office has a full staff that is the most incompetent group of individuals I have ever met. I deposited a check in the rental box which was then lost. I confronted them about the situation and they said the “late” rental fee would be waived. They then still attempted to charge me with a late rental fee.

If the leasing staff spent more of their day addressing the issues with these apartments instead of walking around the grounds every half hour to smoke cigarettes, the experience here may be the slightest bit better. The only noteworthy good characteristic of Woodridge Apartments is the maintenance man, Dan, who unfortunately has the entire grounds to upkeep by himself.

Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else. The low price for rent is enticing, but it’s not worth the headache.

Its been a few years, but this place was so poorly ran and unorganized. They mixes up the garage numbers and removed all our belongings, only to tell us that we would have to file a renters insurance claim to reclaim anything. Stay away from this place.
