We were quite taken with the Factory Records Shop. Their selection of new and well cared for used records is the largest I've seen in many years and is organized to make it easy to find what we were looking for. Their prices are fair, and if you have used records to sell to them, they will offer you fair payments for them. The shop also includes an attractive, funky, lounge, and even the bathrooms are a trip. Most highly recommended.

What a great space. People were very nice and friendly. Cool spot to browse and rediscover music lost from your past, as well as any new vinyl. Fun Stuff

I had my 40th Birthday Party at Factory Records on 1/27/24 and we had a blast. The staff was so helpful and made my birthday so memorable. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a great time...and buy some records! :)

Stopped by last Friday to check this place out. As a first time customer on Record Store Day this was a fun experience! First and most important, the staff was very friendly and gave good direction (lining up, number distribution, overall crowd control). They had multiple copies of most selections of the zRSD releases. Easy to locate, easy parking and true "Factory" ambience. Definitely will return!

Factory Records is a cool experience! Huge selection of all media types - take a trip down memory lane. And The Lounge is a great listening room.

Absolutely love this place. First time customer and I can't wait to go back. The selection is massive from cds to vinyl and movies. Staff super friendly. The parking lot was a bit small but my friend and I spent a good couple hours looking through their inventory. Great prices and selection.

Beautiful shop & venue for local shows!

Stopped up to Factory Records after a recommendation from my friend Liam from WSOU. Truly impressive shop, combining noth the vintage vinyls and new albums in a multitude of genres with rock, pop, country, and soul, as well as cassettes, VHS, video games, and the equipment to play them all on!

If you're a classic audiophile, with a passion for either rebuilding or that high-fidelity sound, or came across some old equipment yourself and need an engineer to take a look at it to get it running, they've got a guy on site to help with that as well.

Can't wait to see some bands as part of their music venue. The cafe style setting looks to be a great spot to showcase new bands, album release parties, and general rental area for mid-size gatherings.

Looking forward to go back and recommend you checking it out for yourself!

Wow! Amazing collection of vinyl from all genres and time periods. The key to this store is the organization which helps guide you to what you are looking for, from newly released vinyl to rock to jazz, and there's even a world and New Jersey section. Many hard to find underground bands were properly represented in their respective sections. In the back of the store, you can also find videos, cassettes, and magazines (Circus, and some other throwbacks). Also their appears to be an area that provides support fixing equipment. The employees were very friendly and helpful making it a great atmosphere. Every third Monday they advertise a $1 section. Absolutely cannot wait to return again!!

I held my engagement party at Factory Records on 12/29/22 in their private lounge and it was a hit! I worked with Ellen and Ethan who were both extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The space is extremely unique and fun with a cool vibe. My guests have not stopped talking about how special the venue was with its eccentric decorations and decor. The vibe is a mix of vintage lounge and industrial. There are cool vintage chairs and sofas, an old fashioned juke box, disco ball, coffee & side tables, a bar (BYOB), two TVs, vintage rugs, and beautiful overhead lights and velvet drapes. There is a performance stage equipped with a fully functioning PA system, microphone, drum set, and piano. My dad and uncle got on stage and performed a 35 minute “set” for our entertainment, while Ethan (the owner), graciously assisted with managing the sound. Additionally, the record store remained open throughout the duration of my party which allowed my guests the ability to browse in the store, take pictures, and buy records and hoodies. I cant Say enough great things about this venue. I am so happy I found this space and was able to have such a one of a kind, memorable engagement party! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to throw a fun party that is out of the box.

Finally made it out here after months of wanting to come check it out! We live about 30 minutes away. The staff was super friendly and great to talk to. They have a great pop and classic rock selection and even a ton of jazz and country etc. I would love to see some more indie rock and alternative selections though! They were hard to find. I really love the space and can’t wait to go back!

The Robert Hill Band performed in The Lounge at Factory Records on Feb. 2 to a very appreciative crowd- this is a great listening room with a cool retro vibe. Staff was cool and helpful. Factory Records is a special place, and we highly recommend checking out the huge vinyl, cd and cassette sections, along with their vintage pro audio equipment. This place has got a great vibe.

This place is massive!
Plenty of good finds in the crates and again..massive selection of pre-owned and all the new pressings if that's what you are after.
Owner was super nice too and full of passion.

Good vibes 🤙

Full disclosure I am by no means a vinyl expert. My review is based on the help I got as someone totally new to vinyl.
I got a record player and I sort of set it up ok but took it in to make sure it was set up right. Not only did they check the set up, they helped walk me through the settings and how to make sure I got the most out of my record player. I walked out of there with a receiver and two speakers that fit the vibe of the room I was setting them up in. Really loved the experience! My set up sounds perfect at home and is just what I was hoping for.

I tented to this space for a 60th birthday party and I have to say It was one of the best parties I've ever thrown. The staff and the space are incredible. so accommodating. I cannot wait to find another way to throw a party there. Every guest called or texted about how this party room was a perfect venue .

Cool place. All the inventory is extremely well organized (even the bargain LP section is alphabetized!) and the displays are really cool. One caveat: the bargain bin isn't as robust as other used vinyl stores. That said, I did find David Lee Roth's first solo album (Eat'em & Smile) in the bargain bin in primo condition. This store is worth checking out.

This place is incredible. A vinyl collectors dream. If your a crate digger, you're sure to find something you'll like. They have some special sales for those that shop there regularly. They have a small performance space too.

I’ve traveled the world exploring record shops and this shop is a 10 out of 10. The shop oozes personality and the growing electronics section in the back is super cool.

My only request is a proper electronic music section (Aphex twin, drum and bass, house) and I think it would be great to add some subs to the sound system.

I’ve enjoyed watching the store evolve. Kudos!
