Owner/operator Frank knows what he's doing. He is the only person who works on your vehicle, so naturally there's going to be some wait time. But it's worth it! He explains to you your options, works with your budget and is always fair on his prices and labor. People come from far and wide to EPG for good reason.

Frank is extremely knowledgeable from any aspect when it comes to European cars. I've had him work on my cars for the past 4 years, and I will never take them to another place. Frank is a very accommodating guy, worked with me even with all of my questions. I was looking for a stage 1 ECU flash for my GTI and had already scheduled an appointment with another mechanic before Frank, but I was determined to give EPG a try. He called me back and talked with me for 20mins about his shop and my options as to what I wanted to do with my car. His knowledge on euro cars is phenomenal! I knew I wanted to work with him at that moment. He then was able to schedule an appointment with me the very next day as early as 7am (he let me choose) and we talked like normal human beings. I've never met a mechanic who could keep it real like Frank. He is always responsive to phone calls and even walked me through with my car trouble I had faced later in the day via a phone call. All in all I drove away a very satisfied customer and will be going to Frank and EPG as much as I can. For me its a bit far of a drive but it is worth i for the quality service Frank provides. Give him a try and you'll see what I mean, I guarantee you won't find a more down-to-earth euro mechanic than Frank.

I was very skeptical about my first tune because I'd never done one. Frank explained it all, what each mod cost, what it would get me, etc. Loved the work and he doesn't charge enough for what he does. He clearly loves his work.

It’s impressive when someone has all five star ratings on google. Frank is one of those guys. The other reviews are accurate. Fair, knowledgeable, very skilled, and dependable. He is so legit he wears GTI and VW hoodies. He is the only guy I would want working on my 2017 GTI. I got a tune and a rear sway bar. Finally it’s the perfect GTI.
