Taormina Restaurant

We have gone to Taormina several times on date night and with friends. Every meal we have had there from chicken parmigiana to the filet of sole has been excellent! The service and the ambiance are wonderful as well. All in all, Taormina is the perfect restaurant for every occasion - 5 stars!

Great dinner with friends. Had an old fashioned at the bar to start - perfect . Drink followed by a spectacular dinner. Wonderful experience - service, ambiance, cocktails, and the delicious food.

Picked up Veal Parm with Penne, Shrimp Hotsy Totsy and the Gnochis… WOW…never dissapoints! 😀😀👌

Food was outstanding and the service. The only thing is that the acoustics is not too good. Hard to hear our dinner guests.

The food is very good and they prepare the food how you ask for it. The service was very good, the servers are very attentive. Prices are moderate, but all restaurants are charging more, because they are paying more.

New Years Eve dinner, wife, kids and guest. The hot peppers appetizer, the fried calamari and the lentl soup appetizers were unbelievable delicious. Dinner plates were the filet mignon special, the spicy lobster ravioli and the veal milanesa. All was sooooo good. We had a great time, the waiters were super friendly and service was exceptonal. One of the best Restaurants my town has to offer!

Simply put I like it... The food is great, I usually sit at the bar so service is great along with the bartenders. Yes it is annoying that you can't just put the apps in and go slow, but I get it, place is usually busy so they want to keep things moving. Somtimes tbeu say Sal the owner can be a bit much but I'm there to eat and mind my business anyway.so I've never had an issue with him. If you're lucky enough to go there on a Thursday or Sunday they make pizza which is crazy good!!!

Amazing service, the wine was superb, the filet minion special has Gorgonzola and raspberry sauce that was to die for and they even when out of their way to make the mashed potatoes to look like a flower, that’s class. The only thing I would advice is that these portions are smaller than what you’re usually accustomed to in other restaurants but it’s because the quality is so high. You can taste the freshness once the salad and it makes you want to savor every bite. You bill for two is going to be around 100 so if you want to impress your lady bring her there.

Wonderful to see Taormina back. Excellent menu. Drinks were perfect (Taormina Spritzer) Entees perfect (Lobster ravioli and Jumbo shrimp, vodka sauce) Tiramisu then Vanilla gelato drowned in espresso, marvelous finish. Service above and beyond as usual.

We have been going to this restaurant for 18 years. The best food anywhere. The restaurant is immaculate, the service is outstanding and the owners Sal and Donna could not be any nicer. Simply the best! When we walk in Alex and Brandy take good care of us at the bar while Aldo and Pasquale along with others serve us like we were royalty. Even Enrique the food runner stops at our table every time to shake hands and talk with us. Taormina is our favorite restaurant and we eat there as often as possible. I am Italian and I know good Italian food and you will get it at Taormina. Take my word for it!

Wonderful meal! You are never rushed. Warm inviting and comfortable! Pace yourself because after the fabulous meal you will want to have my favorite dessert....the chocolate basket. It is typically filled with raspberry sauce and vanilla gelato but you can also go really crazy and get choc gelato!!!

Great meals were had by all 3 of us for lunch on a Wednesday. Our guest was in the mood for a special chicken dish not on the menu and the chef owner Sal, was more than happy to prepare it for us.

Taormina never really enticed me to go inside. I had a few people tell me that the food was great but it still looked kind of boring from the outside. After reading some Yelp reviews and one claiming they had an amazing bone in veal parm I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in I was shocked. The place was tasteful and upscale. There was even live music. After ordering a glass of reasonably priced Montipulciano our appetizer arrived. Me and my wife shared a mozzarella caprese with prosciutto plate. It wasn't a lot but it was very tasty and a just right refreshing start to our meal. I ordered the veal park and first off it was huge! Luckily it wasn't just the looks that made it a standout dish... It was delicious. Perfectly fried, amazing sauce and cheese. I have had veal park in more Italian restaurants than I can count, it is one of my weaknesses', and this is one of the best! My wife had the spaghetti taormina which was also filled with flavor and very satisfying. Needless to say I will be back. This is automatically going near the top of my favorite Italian restaurants.

We stopped in this little local place and it was beautiful we ordered drinks and dessert we had a cheesecake and their tiramisu who made delicious the environment was friendly place was absolutely clean the bartender Alexandra was so friendly and we had such a great personality protect her well she deserved it I would suggest stopping in this restaurant and trying out everything their menu is reasonable and everything on it looks yummy thank you for your hospitality treating us well and the place was immensely clean

Omigosh! What a gem. Went with clients for lunch. Had variety of appetizers - superb. Sole done to perfection. Greet service. Exceptional food. Can't wait to try for dinner
