Sasha the manager was absolutely great!!! She was accommodating, understanding she knew her staff extremely well. She knew what staff was good for whatever service I wanted. She knew all her staff by name and knew her staff skill set level. If I wanted a softer massage she knew what staff was better for that. If I wanted a massage with a lil more pressure applied she knew what staff was better for that. If I wanted a facial done a certain way she knew what staff was good for that. Overall Sasha the store manager is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! As long as she is there to me anyone who goes there is in good hands. They have a good staff overall but since my experience was with Sasha directly I can only speak on her. Good work Sasha. I wish u so much success at hand in stone and in life.

Steven does an outstanding job with deep tissue. He always works on my problem areas and is very attentive and nice to talk to. Sonella is such a sweetheart she literally is so knowledgeable and so amazing to get a facial with! If you sign up with a membership, once you get points, you get a free service and I was recently upgraded to a free spa day it’s so awesome! I highly recommend!!!

This hand & stone location was the BEST to work with. I planned my sister’s bachelorette party to host here and the staff/manager were more than welcoming!! Jessica worked with me to find times for each person throughout the day and even put together goodie bags for the girls. We also had our own room to wait while each of us were called in for our appointments. We were able to bring in food and drinks, too!! Our massages and facials were so relaxing and everyone was so helpful. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place for an event like ours! Thank you to the staff and manager for providing a memorable experience for our bride to be!!

Very friendly front desk team, and very skilled therapist - addressed my specific areas of tension as requested, and I will be back! Their membership program has great pricing, and there is currently a great deal on gift cards for members.

Sidney does my facials and I couldn’t ask for better service! She makes me feel comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. She always lets me express my skincare concerns and goals before making suggestions of her own. She’s honest about what I need and what would be beneficial for me and I never leave here wishing I had done something different. Overall she’s an amazing service provider in everything she does and I highly recommend booking with her for any facials or waxing needs!

Today was the second session with Tom at Hand & Stone and I’m leaving so relaxed and feeling refreshed! His hands are magical! He gets the pressure just right and finds the tension giving it the attention needed to loosen you up…Amazing! The staff is also very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you Hand & Stone.

I had a wonderful facial experience with Sidney. She asked questions and gave me some great feedback on what I should be using towards my skin care goals. It’s was very relaxing and she also gave me a great neck and shoulder massage. My skin looks great. I highly recommend Sidney for a facial. If you are looking work on your skincare goals give Hand & Stone a try.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk people. The majority of their massage therapists are really cool. Only one guy in Wauwatosa I wasn't a huge fan of, I think his name was Jason. But I highly recommend Tom in Wauwatosa, especially if you're a nerd who likes Marvel/DC/Firefly/Buffy/Star Trek/Doctor Who stuff, you'll have a good time relaxing knowing a good, friendly, nerdy massage therapist has *literally* got your back.
I have had appointments at Sura Lane location but it is difficult to book, it's pretty popular there so getting appointments there is like 4 months out. If you need a sooner appointment call Wauwatosa. The staff at Sura Lane are also very nice & friendly, they're just very busy.

Loved this! This was a great relaxing way to kick off my 5 year anniversary with my wife. This was not my first facial, but hands down my favorite.

Brandi provided me with insight on what to do to begin my skin care journey. She did not make me feel bad for my obvious lack of skin care. I’m calling dibs on her helping me for our next appointment.

I have received facials from Brandi and Haley. Both girls gave me such a comfortable experience and left me with glowing, hydrated skin ✨ I also received a wax service from Brandi and she did great! I can't wait for my next service!

Haley Price did a fabulous job with my first ever facial, I look forward to going back again. Haley explained what she was doing the every step of the way. Great customer service all around!

I just had a Brazilian wax from Sidney. She did amazing! She was really informative and made an uncomfortable situation alot easier. I will definitely be scheduling my monthly waxes with her from now on.

So far my sessions with Haley had been great. She's the second esthetician that made me feel getting facials is necessary. Great results.

This is a newer location that I recently started going to. Each time I’ve gone it’s been an exceptional experience. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable on all their products and services. They aren’t overly pushy and salesy either. Would absolutely recommend Hand and Stone Wauwatosa!
