&grain

This review is a bit overdue, but &grain is the best! We had placed a catering order for our store last week and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. We wanted to do a staff lunch for ourselves, but weren't entirely sure what the best approach would be, so I spoke with John and he suggested a few items that were their most popular, which made it so easy.

We got the Chipotle Chicken sandwich, Ham & Brie sandwich, Prime Rib sandwich, and the ABLT sandwich-- all of which were incredible. We also ordered an Apple Salad that was otherworldly. The blend of flavors and textures was sublime and we made short work of it.

The star of the show, however, was the crookie. Half chocolate chip cookie, half croissant= all delicious. I don't think I can adequately put into words how incredibly tasty it was, especially when heated a bit.

I had their new crookie today and it was amazing! A flaky croissant mixed with a chewy cholcolate chip cookie— what’s better than that? Only thing is putting it in the air fryer so the chocolate melts! Highly recommend going and getting this along with anything else you crave. Food is delicious- you won’t be disappointed!

Stopped by here on a whim and loved it. Everything we ordered was great - avocado toast, apple salad and prime rib sandwich. Service is fast and the portion sizes are good. Will be coming back for that prime rib.

Absolutely top notch food! Grabbed a chipotle chicken sandwich and a pair of crookies. I gotta tell you, you NEED to try those. Eat one with a cup of coffee and save another for later. They’re absurdly good and I’ve never tried anything else like it. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything is fresh and they carry Stumptown coffee! I've tried almost all the sandwiches, and they're all delicious. All the bread is crispy on the outside but soft in the middle - perfect. Get the nitro coffee!!!

Great avocado toast and cookie! Very fresh ingredients and friendly workers. Very nice outdoor space to eat. Highly recommend!

Can I just talk about their croissants?This place sells the most amazing croissant you could ever ask for. It is flaky, delicious, airy, toasty & perfect in every way. They're also truly good people. They offered elderly and anyone laid off free bread for months.

Great little place for lunch with a rustic country theme. Tasty sandwiches and salads, good bread. Chocolate peanut rolls are a rich treat. Friendly staff.

Wow, I don't even know where to begin! This place has got it all! From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel right at home. The quality of their products is simply unbeatable, and the prices are so reasonable that you'll be wondering if you're actually getting the real deal.

Let's talk about the pastries - oh my goodness, they are out of this world! I haven't tasted anything this good since I visited Brooklyn! The flavors are just so rich and delicious, you won't be able to resist grabbing another one.

And don't even get me started on the coffee! They must be sourcing it from some magical coffee bean land because it is hands down the best coffee I've ever had. I could drink it all day, every day and never get tired of it.

But it's not just the sweet treats and drinks that make this place special. They've opened my eyes to a whole new world of breads, and now I know exactly what to bring to every occasion. From baguettes to rustic loaves, they have it all, and it's all absolutely perfect.

And to top it all off, the management team is amazing. They're always giving back to the community and making a positive impact. It's clear that they truly care about their customers and the world around them.

Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. From the friendly staff to the quality products, great prices, and community involvement, it's a true gem that you won't want to miss

I just did big order for about 15-18 people with &grain and they were amazing. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was super kind and helpful each time I called. The owner John was great to work with. The food came early and was super delicious. Everyone loved the cookies and the apple salad was a big hit! Definitely a great business to get food from when planning a smaller event. 10/10 would recommend &grain!

I LOVE &Grain! The food is incredible - and unlike ANYTHING else in the area. The actual establishment is beautifully designed and has such a great vibe - likely because of the super dedicated owner John and his team, who are genuinely happy and helpful. I know that the restaurant industry has been hit particularly hard the past few years and love coming to & Grain for such a happy, yummy experience.

I used to frequent this place weekly when I lived in the area and everything was delicious. Over the holidays this year my husband and I stopped in, and I hoped the quality would be just the same as it was over 5 years ago. This was my husband's first try, and he loved it--the sandwich, the muffin, he even said it was the best chocolate chip cookie he's ever eaten. Being from the south, he couldn't understand why I raved about these corn muffins, that is until he tried one. He did attempt to go back in and let the owner know how fantastic it was, but at that point there was a long line, so we decided to put it up on here. The owner is great, the quality and flavor is just as consistent as it ever was, and it was still a treat!

Croissants, mini muffins, chocolate and corn excellent. All breads are excellent. Our favorites pain de mie and epi loaf.

First time coming here, people at my job recommended me this cute spot. I called in my order and the gentleman on the phone was attentive and kind. Food was ready in just a matter of minutes. Customer service was spot on! My chipotle chicken sandwich and side salad was delicious & definitely a good size for your buck. Definitely will be coming back! :)

Excellent place for different types of bread and breakfast/lunch. The atmosphere gives it an excellent bakery feel combined with a classic coffee shop. You can feel comfortable here. Not to mention they’ve helped to support those in need during the pandemic with free bread. Top notch place for food,service, and friendliness.

I live two towns away and this is my go to bakery! The croissants remind me of my time in France! The food is amazing because in America, far too often, the importance of bread is ignored. Every sandwich is elevated because &Grain does bread the right way. I have thoroughly enjoyed the avocado toast, croissant, pain au chocolat, quiche, salads, soups and French toast (literally the best I've ever had). Also, the manager here is the best! Always great service! Please try this bakery, you will not regret it and I promise it will put a smile in your tummy
