Georgetown Square Apartments

We recently moved to Georgetown apartments. I wanted to take a moment to recommend this complex to anyone currently looking. We really have nothing but positive things to say. We often tell each other we can’t even believe we’re living in an apartment complex because it’s so quiet. Management is VERY responsive and friendly!!! We have required a few service calls, and were actually blown away at how quickly and attentive they are to our requests.I strongly recommend Georgetown Square for anyone seeking upscale apartment living in a peaceful,, well-maintained property!!!!

It has been an amazing experience with Wimmer Communities Georgetown staff (Kasey, Olivia, Joey, and Colleen). They have always been incredibly helpful with any support needed. The maintenance staff (Brian, Shane, Tim) are great—very polite and effective at finding solutions. It's comforting to feel at home despite being far from our family!

Everything is good at Georgetown Square the location, people and maintenance. They have an outstanding friendly staff, who respond quickly and efficiently to anything that I needed . I feel safe here and the property is well-maintained. The heated garage is a real plus. I would highly recommend these apartments with its cozy fireplace and a washer dryer included.

I have had such a positive experience at Georgetown Square. The underground parking is a definite plus, given the harsh weather Wisconsites may face. Maintenance requests are answered in a quick and timely manner. Also, the complex is pet friendly. Management is quick to address issues and it is a very friendly place to live. I have enjoyed my stay here.

Lived at Georgetown Square Apartments since 2021. Just moved downstairs to a different apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment living room blinds were stuck completely open which is a safety concern especially on the 1st floor. The apartment obviously was not checked very well prior to the move in date. When I contacted the leasing office they basically did nothing and told me to wait till Monday b/c maintenance was leaving for the weekend and it was not an emergency. After I said that was not acceptable, they did call emergency maintenance to leave a message. John King called me that evening and the next day and came out to fix the blinds and also the patio door handle. This 5 star review is to recognize John and his hard work when the apartment complex did not want to timely resolve the issue.

Georgetown is amazing! The location is perfect. Right in-between all of the action, yet tucked away so it is quiet and feels secluded and safe. They are very responsive and helpful in anything that may happen during your lease. On top of that, the amenities are amazing and the apartments themselves are updated and perfect size, roomy yet cozy! Patricia helped me with the move in process and she was so sweet and helpful the whole time. I definitely feel welcomed and excited to extend my stay in Georgetown! :)

I have lived at the Georgetown Square Apartments for over 12 years and can say without a doubt the GTS community is fantastic. The staff are friendly and professional. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue of which there have been very few the maintenance staff was always quick to respond and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Cindy does a wonderful job maintaining my building which is always neat and clean. The location is close to everything I need too, which is another plus for me. I am very proud to invite friends and family to my apartment. I know the GTS staff will keep up the great job they continue to do every day.

Fantastic apartments. Very clean, quiet and well maintained. Fireplace and balcony are a very nice touch.

Olivia in the leasing office is incredible. She knew all the details about the property and leasing process, which made it quick and easy.

We love Georgetown Square! We had to make a very sudden move back in the Fall and were very unfamiliar with the Milwaukee area. When we first toured, we felt so at home! I'm happy to say that we still feel at home here! We adore both our apartment and the community. The management and maintenance staff are very communicative and accommodating and the overall property is very well maintained! We are overall very impressed with this community and we look forward to continuing to calling it home for years to come.

My wife and I recently moved into Georgetown Square Apartments and we could not be more pleased. Caitlin and the leasing office staff have been exceptional and extremely accommodating with any of our needs. The attached garage and on sight workout facility have been a huge bonus! We are also very excited to use the outdoor pool and golf range across the street in the summer. The complex is also on top of a multitude of restaurants and malls in the Brookfield area. We love our new apartment as it has quickly felt like home. I highly recommend Georgetown Square Apartments to anyone in the greater Milwaukee area!

We really enjoyed our time at Georgetown Square. The convenient location, the amenities, and apartment were perfect for us. The staff was responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We will certainly consider leasing from them in future.

Living at Georgetown Square has been an awesome experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. The manager Lori is very kind and professional. Cindy, the property detailer is so sweet, hard working and friendly. We treat our apartment as if it were our own home and we are treated like family by all the staff. We could not have wanted a better place to be while in a transition period of our life; after downsizing from a large home and trying to decide on our next move. We will soon be here for three years and could not be happier. Maintenance issues are handled very promptly and staff is so friendly.

My husband and I have lived in a townhome at Georgetown for the past year. Our experience has been excellent! The maintenance staff as well as the office staff (Barbara) have responded promptly to all of our requests. The environment is quiet and the buildings are clean and well maintained. We love using the facilities; the pool and work out room. We couldn't have found a better location in Brookfield. We are close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the movie theaters. We highly recommend Georgetown Square Apartments!

I am a resident of Georgetown Square. I can say I have enjoyed my living experience here. The people are very respectful, our utilities never have any issues and overall we are in a great area. I am relieved we gained the opportunity to reside here.

I have lived here for two years and absolutely love this place! The management team are always quick to get me anything I need done. They even watched my dog when we first moved in because he was crying. Very clean and safe environment!

On-site staff deliver exceptional care,. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed. Newer construction that is excellently maintained. Heated underground parking. Wonderful community feel. Nature preserve to the north that gives a park-like feel. Sidewalks to nearby shopping. And I could go on.

Caitlin is so professional and friendly when my wife and I were consulting about the Georgetown Square Apartment. Caitlin answered all the questions we had and took several videos to show us around the apartment and parking area. Highly recommend Georgetown Square Apartment to everyone!
