Andrea and the Tile Store USA team are fabulous! From start to finish Andrea's design knowledge, excellent taste and understanding of our budget was second to none. We searched low and high for a tile store that met our needs and the Tile Store was certainly that store. The whole process was super easy and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to do a bathroom no matter the budget. The absolute BEST experience at The Tile Store! We're undergoing bathroom renovations and came in to meet with Andrea who is absolute gem. She's extremely knowledge and has an amazing eye for design. Lots of beautiful tile in stock and examples in store to see how the tile looks in a real bathroom setting. I highly recommend The Tile Store and Andrea -- planning to go here for all my future tile needs.

Selecting tiles can be a stressful experience simply because you know that you will have to live with the results of your decision every single day for a very long time. After visiting most of the well known tile stores in and around Bergen county I was lucky enough to discover The Tile Store USA and that’s when my experience changed from a stressful one to a pleasant one thanks to the great product selection, but mostly thanks to the professionalism, patience, and great advice from Laura and Manny. No matter how many store visits I made or how long it took me to decide, Laura guided the process thoughtfully and patiently. When I narrowed my options to three, Manny advised me to consider larger tiles ( something I had not considered before), and it was a great suggestion. I ended up buying tiles for my kitchen as well as for my master bathroom. I can’t be happier with the quality, service and final outcome. Thank you Laura and Manny.

The friendly staff helped me out with a small bit of material for a minor repair project at my house. That they went out of their way for something so small when they didn't have to says a lot. The repair matched well, and the material was noticably superior to that of big box stores. Thank you :)

I really need to thank Nancy for assisting me in choosing the right tiles for my bathroom. I was completely lost on what tiles to choose and kept changing my mind, but I had a general idea of the style I wanted. I showed Nancy some pictures of the vanity I purchased and bathrooms pics I liked and she was so patient with me and helped me pick the right tiles. I am so happy with the final selections I made....the Charcoal Grey floor tile, blue shower tile with some Grey undertones, and white tiles with light Grey designs. Thank you so much!

I have purchase tiles for 3 bathroom & vanities from The Tile Store USA along with other things. I have to say that Owner and Staff are very accommodating. They help you design, mix and match items even from other stores. Projects I started would have not been possible without their design guidance. Quality of product of is also very good as lot of the tiles are from Spain. I would 100% recommend.

Laura and her team mates at the tile store were AMAZING! Knowledgeable about their products and inventory and experts in design. The most impressive part about the whole experience there was the kindness and patience they had with our family. Our kids had to come along to a very long appointment and the tile store happily provided them with coloring books and were incredibly patient while we navigating being parents and trying to make delicious about our tile. I could t recommend the tile store and specifically Laura!!!! Thank you!!!

I had such a great experience here. I highly recommend these people.

There's a huge selection of tiles which is always good. The displays for all the tiles were neatly set up so you can easily see which each one looked like. The staff was knowledgeable friendly and very helpful in helping me pick out what would work best with my kitchen. They loaded up my car as well which is always nice. If I ever decide to retile the bathroom I'll be sure to make a trip back here.

I cannot say enough about this store and their service. My contractor broke the door saddle I purchased there and I needed another one right away. I went to the store and they did not have any in store. They went above and beyond to locate this piece for me on a Saturday and I was able to pick it up at their warehouse so my job would not get delayed.
I highly recommend this store. Their staff goes above and beyond and their decorators are amazing!!!

Can’t recommend The Tile Store enough! They had a lot to choose from, the layouts for each tile were perfectly displayed and they had many displays for inspiration. Cody was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The tile store has a great showroom with all tile on display. No need to open and close draws to view tile. The staff at the tile store were very helpful and friendly. My installer was impressed with the quality of the tile as we had not a single tile break when cutting. I highly recommend this store and will return for future projects.

A simple tile shopping experience turned into a fun, hassle free, HGTV in real life- field trip! The sales rep was super helpful and knowledgeable. The space is huge and hosted a well stocked variety of tiles. Plus it’s open on Sundays!

I was very pleased with my experience here! There is a huge selection of products and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful! Shopping for new tile can be stressful but The Tile Store made this experience enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here!
