Country Squire Supper Club

From the minute we arrived, greeted by Linda and Claudia. It was a busy Friday night had a seat at the bar for a drink and our table was immediately ready. Our young waitress Shayne was very friendly and it was a pleasure to watch her interact with the staff and customers. From the soup, fish and burger it was all wonderful. Not too many classic supper clubs left and I have to say the food, service and atmosphere was everything a great supper club is supposed to be!

This is a quaint supper club catering mainly to locals looking for a quality traditional Wisconsin dining experience. The dining rooms are somewhat compact and the decor is a little dated, but it tells me that they've been here awhile and it must be for a reason.

We were greeted at the table by the hostess who I presume was the owner and were informed of the specials of the day. Our foursome ordered cocktails which came quickly and were well-poured .

Our entrees were chicken oscar topped with real crab meat, grilled pork chops, and excellent cuts of prime rib which appeared to be their signature dish on Saturdays. Our entrees were preceeded by a tossed salad and choice of soup. The potato soup was outstanding in my opinion. Warm bread and butter were also offered.

Our server was a friendly and efficient young lady who stopped by frequently to check on our progress. But the one thing that really impressed us was the silent but ever-present bussers that removed used plates quickly to keep our table spotless. Obviously well trained and made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. The service here is indicative of management that is experienced in providing a dining adventure that will travel by word of mouth. Very enjoyable evening

Great place for a Friday Fish Fry, great cocktails while you wait at the bar. Homemade potato pancakes, best in the area, thin and crispy. Baked cod served piping hot with butter, the lake perch was really good too. Salted marble rye bread and tasty coleslaw rounds out the meal. Great value for the low cost. Will definitely give it another visit.

My wife, my brother and I went here for a Friday night fish fry. We all enjoyed our meals. My brother and wife had cod, fried and baked and I had fried lake perch. The staff was friendly and courteous.. We would definitely go back.

We are big fans of the Country Squire, the food, drinks and service are incredible. You get large servings at a very reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and get a after dinner ice cream drink.

We got the prime rib for Mother’s Day, let me just say it did not disappoint! Getting it to go you are never sure how it’s going to taste when you take it home. It was amazing and exceeded all expectations! The prime rib was cooked perfectly and the flavor was amazing, and it was still hot when we got it home. The soup, baked potato and the bread were delicious as well. Thanks for making it a great ending to my Mother’s Day!! ❤

Had dinner tonight there was 5 of us. We had the fried fish perch, salad bar, crab cakes, baked French onion soup, and clam chowder! Everything was awesome!! Vickie was our waitress and Amanda was our bartender!! They both did an excellent job! Thank you for a great dinner and service after a very hard week!

Dined here tonight with my parents for the first time and arrived at 4:30pm or so and was seated right away and had a very nice waiter. We ordered three fried fish fries and some whiskey Old Fashioned’s. Everything was absolutely delicious and hot. This included coleslaw, rye bread, french fries, potato pancakes and fried cod with tarter sauce, syrup and applesauce. There was more than enough food for the three of us so no extra orders were needed. Cod was some of the best I’ve had. Fries were really good and I’ve had better potato pancakes but they were good as well. My only complaint would be the price of the drinks which I think $6.75 is way to high for a rail whisky Old Fashioned with olives but it was good. All in all we agreed we would go back for sure.

Love Country Squires' Friday fish! We eat here often and have never been disappointed. The perch are excellent, lightly breaded and flavorful. The baked cod is well seasoned and a large portion. The traditional sides are numerous and fresh. The potato pancakes are the best around! Our go-to place for a Friday Fish Fry!

Ted makes one of the best fish fries around. Actually it's our favorite and the homemade potato pancakes are the best ever. Just like my mom and grandma use to make. Great d Fashioned s also.

Found the place by googling "fish fry" in my area. Just moved to the area and took a gamble. The fish fry was excellent, we ate until we were stuffed. The drinks were effective, we left feeling relaxed and happy. Their fish fry recipes have obviously been refined over the years and result in sweet fried cod, salty rye bread and coleslaw that is well balanced. I want to know the spices they put in the tar tar sauce! We will definitely make Country Squire one of our regular spots.

There were 3 of us who had Prime Rib and Walleye, and 2 of us had the Queen Cut Prime Rib. Everything was excellent. Prime Rib couldn’t have been any better. Old school supper club. Muskego’s lucky to have the Squire. Jennifer our waitress was very attentive and polite. On the top of her game.

This was a pleasant surprise . In short, the food was delicious, timely, and quality. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with a pleasant visit from the owner/ chef which you never get these days! It's great to see a restaurant owner who not only cares about his business but truly cares about his customers and delivers what you pay for!

We had an excellent experience here. It was our first visit to this supper club and we loved it. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, the wait and bar staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend that you stop by and give them a try!

Country Squire is our favorite restaurant, even after moving out of Muskego. Best fish fry around, and they always make a great drink! We've never been disappointed with our food, or our service.

Baked walleye with drawn butter was excellent! Every meal I've had here has been perfectly cooked and seasoned. Salad bar is the best! They pour a nice beverage too!

Great Saturday night prime rib/scallops and bone in ribeye. Salad, Fresh baked bread, French onion soup and a baked potato!! Classic. Bloody Mary and Old Fashioneds also add to the classic Supper Club experience. Awesome value.

The salad bar was a meal of its own. Prime rib and scallops reasonably priced and best I've had in a while. Family atmosphere employed students as wait staff and bussers. Not a black tie by any means but harkens to the days of old fashioned supper clubs.

We ordered King Cut Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, Shrimp, Scallops, and Bone-In Ribeye. We upgraded the Onion Soup with Baked Cheese. Comes with Potato and Salad Bar. We ordered mostly dirty martinis. The first thing I noticed after the comfy cosey setting with danish fireplace was the waitress waiting to address us after we were done yapping and laughing. It's the single most important thing for me when dining is not to be interrupted, and she nailed it perfectly repeatedly. It's so rare for Wisconsin. The drinks were substantial, tasty, fairly priced, and none of our glasses (booze or water) ever hit empty. Very good service. The best courses were the Filet Mignon and King Cut Prime Rib. The Prime Rib was served rare and absolutely melted in the mouth. Finest Prime Rib I've had. The Filet was the same and amongst the finest I've had. The Ribeye was above average. All sides were great. None of use could finish our meals, because they were so large and that never happens to us. We eat big always. Salad bar is included with our meals, and was substantial beyond salad with sides like Red Kidney Bean Salad, Cole Slaw, etc. I'll definitely go back and recommend it highly.

Best Fish Fry, Tartar sauce, and Slaw out there. Best old fashioned too. Worth it every time. Favorite Friday night stop
