I recently visited Scrubs and Beyond in Totowa, NJ, and my overall experience was fantastic. The store offers a diverse range of scrubs in various sizes, making it a one-stop-shop for all your medical uniform needs.

The standout feature of my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by Kath. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and displayed a high level of professionalism. Her assistance made the shopping process seamless and enjoyable.

One notable advantage of this location is the ample parking available, which is a significant convenience. Finding a parking spot was stress-free, allowing me to focus on my shopping experience.

The store itself boasts an extensive selection of scrubs, catering to different sizes and preferences. However, the only downside I encountered was the limited availability of XS sizes. It would be beneficial for Scrubs and Beyond to expand their XS inventory to accommodate a broader range of customers.

Despite this minor setback, I still consider Scrubs and Beyond in Totowa as the best place to buy scrubs. The overall positive aspects, including the excellent customer service, variety of sizes, and convenient parking, outweigh the limited XS sizes. I highly recommend this store to healthcare professionals in need of quality scrubs.

Rue was so helpful from the start. helped me find everything i needed with minutes and made the experience of shopping for scrubs so fast and successful.

This was the 1st time I had to buy scrubs for work. Rue was the 1st one to great me at the door. She answered all our questions and helped me pick out the scrubs that fit perfectly! Rue was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed! Highly Recommend this store!

Erika remembered me from last time I was here, which was over a month ago! It was so nice to be greeted with a smile and that Erika went the extra mile to remember my name! Erika is a hard worker and so knowledgeable about all of the items in store. I usually purchase the joggers and Erika suggested that I try the regular bottoms too and Erika was so right! Erika was very pleasant and helpful. It was a nice experience shopping at this Scrubs and Beyond branch. The items are organised and easy to find sizes. The staff was able to direct me to the scrubs that I was interested in trying on. The spacious fitting rooms, (I tried 2 different rooms), were kept clean and no funny odor. I would recommend this branch to my colleagues and share them my experience.

Rue was super knowledgeable about every brand and helped me find a great pair of scrubs! Will definitely be back for another pair soon!

Amy was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely patient and went above and beyond to order my tall scrubs for me since they didn’t have them in stock at the store. The other lady in the store with the nice curly hair…..I wish I got her name as well but she immediately put all my items back when I was done. I’ve always had a great shopping experience with scrubs and beyond and will def come back again.

After going to a store with only ONE style of scrubs for men, I was relieved to find this store with at least 7 styles of scrubs for men. Joanne, the associate was very knowledgeable of the different brands and facilitated my shopping experience, will be back for more soon!

I had the best experience today with Jeannine. She was very nice and friendly. Even though I came in a little late she still allowed me to try on my scrubs in the dressing room which I was very greatful. If something didn't fit she went and got the correct size. Her customers service and professionalism was amazing. She is definitely a asset to your company. I will definitely recommend your store to my coworkers in the hospital.

First time buying scrubs and I had one of the best customer service experiences! The ladies are so nice and helpful and great at recommending. She was so knowledgable about different types of scrubs, tops and bottoms; I definitely felt taken care of!

I went to the scrubs and beyond in Totowa, NJ and Jeannine helped me and she was amazing! She pulled my sizes in seconds, got me into the dressing room and my checkout was super smooth as well. I’m usually stuck inside a scrub store for EVER but I was seriously in this store a whole 20 min and then done! The store was also super clean and organized. Sizes were actually in order and not all over the place. 10/10 experience.

Jeannine was fantastic. She helped us find all the sizes we needed for my fiancé and was very pleasant. I will absolutely come back to this store for its great variety and awesome customer service

Worth the trip! I traveled here from Brooklyn to try a different store in hopes to find new styles and I got so much more! Jeannine and Vera were working and immediately greeted me and asked how they can help. I told them I was open to trying anything. They asked me what colors I liked and started suggesting scrubs from the racks for me.
Both Jeannine and Vera were very helpful and knowledgeable of the scrub fits. Jeannine kept checking on me in the fitting room and kept bringing me even more styles as I was trying on stuff.
I truly am thankful for these girls because I get really anxious when shopping and quickly deterred. Because of them I walked out of there with 4 new outfits and a smile on my face.
