I went today to print out some photos and it was the worst experience ever. I walked in and immediately I see the lady at the counter yelling at a lady and I patiently waited behind her and I thought to myself “she probably has a good reason” until I got to the counter. Immediately she starts yelling at me asking me “what do you want”. I kindly told her that I need to print some papers, she yelled at me and said “go to my husband”. I went to him and he sat on a ten minute phone call with Verizon before he helped me. I told him I needed to print stuff and the entire time while I’m sending him the documents and the entire time he’s yelling at me. I sent him the papers and before I did he said it’s .20 cents a page and I thought to myself that it’s pretty pricey but it’s fine. It finished printing and it was very low quality but I said it’s fine and I went to pay. The lady at the counter told me it’s $40 for 20 pages. I brought my mom in and she questioned her and asked why it’s so expensive. She called us stupid Americans and cursed us out and then proceeded to curse us out in Chinese and I know this because I know a little Chinese. Never come here!!!

Called, asked if they had a lens in stock. before I could even finish, he said no, no no no! We don’t we don’t! Goodbye” and hung up on me.

I just got out this store which is owned by husband and wife Korean. They are both negative, rude and disrespectful. I went there today to try to make key copies and the male owner looks at me and very rude.He told me he is busy and can't help me. The way he said it was very disrespectful. I just walked out and went my way. If you are African American the wife will eye ball you they are also racist from past experience. I'm not African American but one time when I was buying lottery. The wife told me to wait to pay. She was looking at the customer to see if they were going to steal. I will never come here again I'm surprised they are still in business.

These owners or workers of Photo world are so rude and disrespectful.

I recently went to Photo World to have some keys made but because of a bad finger injury to my index finger, I was unable to remove the keys.

I kindly asked if it was ok that he could remove them for me and he said no as he walked away from me.

I then said that's pretty rude. He responded in Chinese along with his wife, shouting angrily as walked out the door.

I would highly suggest you do not support this business as they have no respect for their American customers, especially those with an injury that impairs them to get help.

These people get a 1 star for their lack of care for customers

They said this is the price, if you don't like it, get out

The lady that works here is really unprofessional and rude over the cellphone call. I was asking a simple question of paper copies and she screamed for no reason and seems to be hasted of her job. I see the reason why the business has such a low review rating.

They are the meanest and the most unfriendly business owners I ever seen. No reason for that. Kindness is the best way to be, and their not. Service is horrible.

Absolutely horrible experience. Never have I been so disrespected and yelled at. That's not customer service at all. Making a copy and my original document gets stuck in the printer. I asked kindly to help get it out and both employees/owners just started yelling at me that "never in their two years of business have they met someone so stupid". Wow well good luck keeping a business with that attitude. Paper jams are a normal occurance that happen with photo copiers. If you can't handle a paper jam and decide to take it out on a customer than please open a different type of business

They are so rude and have terrible customer service. Why bother having a business, if you don't want to help/serve your customers?

The have very poor customer service.. I will be driven far to do my copies or fax because this place is to rude..
