Dr Carlo is the best. She has amazing expertise, very professional and compassionate. I’m so happy that I found her.

Very open and honest bed side manners. I loved my experience with her and now exclusively use her.

I booked an appointment through ZOCDOCS in November 2019 for January 2020. I had a serious concern, and hoped to be seen a bit sooner. Someone called me from the office a few days later and suggested I call the following week to see if there had been any cancellations. I did as instructed. The person who answered the phone was unable to locate my name, or my appt. she placed me on hold at least three times, and then after I finally was able to let her know I was asked to call, she accused me of lying saying she asked everyone in office and no one admitted to speaking with me. I should have known then. I actually never got an earlier appt. and after 15 minutes of this nonsense, I hung up. The day of my appt. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes, then another 15 minutes in the exam room. I was brought into the office to meet with her and just like everyone else, weight was her first criticism. The exam itself was brief. I was told to get an ultra sound from another facility, test was not conducted there. I had the test done last Wednesday. Dr Carlo called me the next day..told me I may have cancer at least three times..(Thickened endometrium) with no biopsy..and then told me someone from her surgical staff would call to set up a D & C. No compassion, no support, no options. Wow!!!!! It's been a week now, no call from the office, and I cannot seem to get through to them either. With cancer still rumbling through my head, I have had the time to think...is this the dr I want to perform any surgeries on me? I think not! I am thankful for the pause!!! Consider others..

I had to switch doctors due to insurance reasons and decided to try Dr.Carlo. I gave it 3 visits and by the 3rd I decided to drop her. She is extremely rude, will have you waiting in the room forever then rushes your appointment, pushes other doctors and tests on you, and never follows up with results. I can confirm reviews I’ve read that she is more concerned about physical appearance and your weight to the point where she makes very uncalled for comments. I do not recommend her at all.

My 17 year old daughter had an appointment same day I had a Doctor appointment of my own. I was unable to attend this visit, however, Dr. Carlo had told her in past she would be able to visit on her own going forward. She went, was driven in by her boyfriend due to having a sudden onset of severe low back pain the day prior. When at the office, the staff was in both my daughter and her boyfriends words, "Rude and condescending." Made her feel like they didn't understand why she was there since she already had her shot and was not due for another shot (like its unheard of to need to speak/see your Dr???). She was there for a follow-up. She CLEARLY was in pain, and not only the nurse(s) but the Dr herself did NOT test her urine to rule out a UTI or Bladder Infection (which is a common test that gyno offices should be able to perform). I now have to bring her to ANOTHER Dr and have her be uncomfortable sitting around an office again vs possibly being on an antibiotic already since this sure seems like classic symptoms of UTI(and I dont have a med school degree). The Dr told my daughter "you are just dehydrated" which how can you just jump to that conclusion, especially since her back pain is NOT a common symptom of dehydration! To boot, my daughter brought up possibly switching from her depo shot due to weight gain and added depression/mood swings being side effects she is not happy with. My daughter has Factor V Leiden (a blood disorder that causes your blood to clot), she is limited to what she can take and this information should DEFINITELY be in her chart! The main reason my daughter is on Depo is due to severe cramping, not birth control. Dr. recommended a form of birth control that states nothing about relieving cramping and is MAINLY used as birth control (an arm inplant) and verbalized that the side effects of weight gain and depression/mood swings would not accompany this implant. Open the HUGE map-like pamphlet inside the booklet and BAM: Weight Gain, Depression, Mood Swings and BLOOD CLOTS are listed! Thankfully my daughter and I are very open, and she can talk to me about all of this stuff! I'm in shock! We were referred to this Dr. since she handles adolescent gynocology and drive just about an hour to get there. You would think you are walking into a lowly state-funded clinic with how ghetto the reception area is, but I didn't judge the Dr on that. Now, after how my daughter was treated, was not given a simple urine test to rule out a UTI and to promote a birth control that clearly is unsuitable for her, I am very disappointed! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

Terrible services!!!!I have to wait for 1 hours25 minutes,then a nurse come and said the Dr. have to leave,I was already in the room ,waiting for the Dr,can she a least take I consideration the I was ready for her.. Terrible very unprofessional..Was not for my annual exam ,I cone because I was no feeling good,a least put other Dr.
