Juan was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He was able to get us a mattress we could afford and did not pressure us in anyway.
Juan also got us a quick delivery date, which was important.

Service was great I went in there to get a new Queen size Bed and I told the salesman his name is Keith was very helpful he showed me 2 mattresses that were in the category I wanted. We tried them both out he said make sure you lay on them and you know we did everything to make sure it would be the right bed. And Keith gave us a great price so I have nothing but good things to say about mattress firm at all. In fact I recommend that you go there if you're close by and look for your next bed. Salesperson just had dinner delivered when I walked in to buy a box spring. He put his dinner back in the bag and waited on me. He completed the transaction and then carried the big box spring outside a loaded it on my van. Now that’s service! Do it all, 1 stop shopping.
