Florham Park Flowers/Doug The Florist

I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and come to find out they were from Florham Park flowers! Every flower was in perfect condition (no brown leaves or half dead flowers here!) I didn't even know we had a florist in Florham Park!

Absolutely awful service. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend (for her birthday) at work several days in advance and received a confirmation email saying the flowers would be delivered promptly on the selected morning. At 3pm, no flowers. MULTIPLE calls to the florist went unanswered. And when I finally reached someone they said they would check and call me back. They never did. Again, after MULTIPLE calls to the florist someone answered and I was told the flowers would be delivered "soon." Which, at the end of the work day, truly defeats the purpose of having flowers delivered to someone at work. Pitiful. Order from this florist at your own peril. I should have listened to the three star rating before ordering.
