You won't find a better jewelry store in the Milwaukee area! The service and attention to detail was beyond expectations. A very pleasant experience from start to finish! Sunny was exceptional to work with and was able to make our vision come to life.

My best friend and I decided that we wanted permanent bracelets, a spur of the moment thing. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised with the store. Linda was incredible to work with. She did an excellent job welding our bracelets on and she was even kind enough to show us around the store and explain different pieces. We will definitely be back in the future!

The Jewelry Center in Brookfield is a great location with super helpful staff and gorgeous pieces for any taste! Linda was extremely helpful with going over our jewelry appraisal, explaining every detail so we had no questions. She is very knowledgeable about all the jewelry in house and super friendly. I was very impressed and will be back!

Wow, I took a Tag watch in for a battery replacement and the Jewelry Center replaced it quickly for a very reasonable cost! Everyone was very friendly and attentive! Highly recommended for watch battery replacement and of course they have beautiful rings!

I worked with Kathy and had the best experience. I wanted an anniversary band to go with my wedding band. She took the time to show me several options and when we found some ideas we discussed making a custom band. Kathy noted everything I wanted and the whole process was so enjoyable.

I loved my experience. I came in for a simple watch battery replacement and decided to peek around and once I asked Keo to help me out it turned into a great experience! I really enjoyed her going through piece after piece with me until I found myself purchasing about 4 bracelets, a extremely nice pendant and 3 or 4 very nice chains! I LOVED IT!!!!!

Linda and the team were amazing- patient, creative, responsive, kind- and helped us design and create the exact unique pieces we wanted. So grateful for the experience. The Jewelry Center just became our jeweler for life. Update: we needed some sizing and design adjustments to our rings which Linda and the team took care of and we couldn’t be happier!

The staff was very friendly gave me good pricing on a loose diamond and help me out picking a setting for my fiancé. Yes they do honor their warranty. Sadly to say the diamond did come loose and was lost. The company replace the diamond and made the ring even much better than it was before. Love the place we'll be back again to buy more.

I went to another jeweler before heading to the Jewelry Center. I was quoted over twice the price for my repairs and was mislead that one of my rings needed more work than it actually did. I highly recommend The Jewelry Center.

Overall my experience was very good. Their customer service is great, I was personally helped by Sunny at the Brookfield location. Now I just hope that their warranty is as good as they say! Would definitely recommend and shop here again.

Stacey was very informative about the process of getting the ring resized and answer questions for my wife about her customize ring. In addition, the work was done sooner than I expected and what much better than I thought.

Linda designed a beautiful necklace setting for me using my mom’s diamond. Communication throughout the process was terrific and I am delighted with the final piece. It is gorgeous and a beautiful way to remember my mother.

Incredibly friendly and amazing customer service experience (a lady took my watch and was able to get it taken in for a battery change while she was helping her original customer finish sizes another item)

Wonderful & quick visit to The Jewelry Center when I needed a watch battery for my Bulova & my Citizen watch needed repair to the band. They were very friendly & helpful even though they were busy.
While I’ve been to this building many times I never realized there was such a comprehensive full-service jeweler there with engagement rings, pendants & many watches to pick from. They are upstairs at the end of the hall. I’ll certainly be back now that I know they are here.
