My first time home buying experience with Stefani Rous was absolutely incredible. With her experience and dedication to the process she was able to alleviate any stress or uncertainties. All around Stefani did an amazing job. I would highly recommend working with her and her team!

We had a great experience working with Troy Baer (First Weber)! Being first-time home buyers, we were completely clueless about the process. Troy was always there to help us understand and help make the right decisions every step of the way. He adds a very friendly and personal touch to the whole process of home buying. We would highly recommend working with First Weber and Troy to make your dream house a reality!

We used Amy Krieghoff from First Weber to sell our old home and she helped us from day one of our build with our new home. I couldn’t recommend her more. She was always responsive and professional throughout the whole process. If I ever move again, she will be the one we will use :)

We had Tyler Vande Zande as our agent at First Weber Brookfield and we were very disappointed with his service. Do not use this realtor. His communication with us was inconsistent and we had issues with his instructions. As an example, the home we sold was in a trust and was unaware that the contact had to be signed by the trustee. When we questioned him about it, he told us it was okay to have the occupant sign instead of the trustee. We ended up having to resign the contract at a later date.
When communicating with us over the phone he spoke very fast and it was difficult understanding his conversation. When I told him to please slow down he took offense to my request. I finally asked that he provide all communication in writing.
Another instance was when he told us we could leave some items in the basement (desk and some furniture). He then called and told us that we couldn't leave the items in the basement and that we needed to create a list and take pictures of the items so he could forward them to the buyers realtor and have the buyer advise what they wanted left in the house. When I told him that he said we could leave them he denied that he said that. I asked him if we could meet at the house with the buyer and review the items (instead of pictures and lists) and he told us it was "highly unconventional" to meet with the buyer. WE called the buyer and they were happy to meet with us.
Tyler did not keep us posted closing proceedings and I had to constantly reach out to him in order to find out where in the process.
The final straw was on the day of our closing he texted me less than an hour before the closing to tell me he was not going to be at the closing due to his supposed contact he night be fore with someone what may has been exposed to COVID.
Stay away from this agent. A lot of talk up front, with no action after the contract is signed.
Unfortunately I was unable to leave a review on the First Weber Website.

I put my mother's home on the market in June of 2021 as a closed listing for the first few weeks. My mother struggled with alcoholism for over 20 years and the family was in the process of cleaning out the house which was the primary reason for putting the property on the market in that manner. (i.e. it's on the market and people are allowed to make offers, but are not allowed to view it in person until the closed listing period expires) After the closed listing period, the house would be open for a showing by appointment only. This was due to safety concerns because the home had not been maintained properly for several years.

Christine Kreig is a Realtor at this first weber location. Despite all the of the rules that were put in place to allow my family time to deal with a difficult situation and to keep individuals seeing the house safe, Christine took it upon herself to take potential buyers over to my mother's home during the closed listing period . She didn't schedule an appointment (still in closed listing period) and defiantly didn't have permission to be on the property. She took her clients on a tour of the back yard and when she noticed the back patio door open she decided to give her buyers a full tour of the house. She contracted my Realtor after the visit which is how I'm aware of the situation. When my realtor confronted her about this situation, Christine laughed it off and tried to downplay the situation as no big deal and couldn't understand why someone would buy a property sight unseen. Investors buy distressed properties regularly without seeing the property, any experienced realtor should know this.

Her actions are unethical, illegal, and a violation of my families privacy. The only conclusion I can draw from this situation is that Christine Kreig appears to be willing to violate the rules of her own profession and the law in order to show a property. My family is already going through a difficult situation and her actions were unwelcome during a trying time.
