I brought in various pieces of jewelry to Arthur Groom for appraisal, some items for resale and others for insurance valuation. I was extremely pleased with Ali and the staff.

Ali quickly assessed which items were costume pieces so we didn't include them. The reports were thorough and fair, complete with a readable assessment of each item. Ali has a very wide breadth and depth of knowledge of jewelry, gems and decorate objects, across many eras and craftsman styles. She was very helpful.

I would easily return for future appraisals. The showroom is very nice, with many pretty pieces available for sale.

Arthur groom did an amazing job with my engagement ring and wedding band. They created a completely custom set with an heirloom diamond and heirloom band, inspired by my preferred styles. Allie was so great to work with- extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a great communicator. She turned my vision into reality and I am forever grateful.

I stopped in here for a St. Christopher's medal for my wife because it was her birthday. We happened to be in Ridgewood up the street at the Pancake House and passed Arthur Groom on our way to get a bubble tea. I snuck over while pretending to put money in the meter. What I found was a well put together store. The lighting was inviting and I was treated like I had come here before. I was invited to see the repair shop downstairs and they even had an appraisal laboratory. I rarely visit jewelry stores unless my wife's involved, but its nice to know they aren't all the same!

After sitting down with the manager (Allie) ,who spent a considerable amount of time explaining the process of my ring and watch repair. I must admit, this is an establishment ,committed to it's reputation ,customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I take my engagement ring there every 6 months to check the setting. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. They always clean the ring and make me feel well taken care of.

Had 2 tanzanite rings made here for Christmas. Both were gorgeous and loved by the girls who received them. Thank You Joyce for the outstanding service and attention to detail! You’re the best!
