Melissa was a complete delight to work with. Listened to my wants and budget desires. Multitasking like a queen and everyone that came into store was treated respectfully and quickly. It was great experience.

We decided to get a new mattress for ourselves for Christmas but kept putting it off (who likes mattress shopping?!). After doing some research into mattresses and stores we headed to Mattress Firm this morning. Brian made it a positive painless experience and an hour later we completed our purchase. We greatly appreciated Brian’s expertise and assistance helping us pick out the right mattress for us. Great mattress at a reasonable price. Bonus: 120 days to have the option of returning it if we don’t feel the mattress is right for us.

From the time my wife and I walked into the store Melissa took good care of my sleep needs. The delivery team, Max and Tim, did a great job setting up my new adjustable base & mattress. When I'm in the market again or if I know anyone that needs a new bed I will recommend this location.

All sales people should be like Melissa. Right from the start she was receptive to our wants & needs, and was never pushy. Melissa is very knowledgeable about the products available at Mattress Firm. She offered various additional items, but took "no" very well. Store is very clean. Mattress Firm in Oconomowoc should be your first stop when looking for a new mattress. Melissa is a gem!

Picking out a new mattress was not a task I was looking forward to, but Melissa at the Ocon Mattress Firm was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient that it took all of the stress out of finding the perfect mattress. Not only did she help me have a pleasant experience in store, but I liked that it wasn't just the sale and then sending me on my way - she took the time review expectations for delivery, break in time, etc, and made it known she is available any time after the sale to help as well.

We didn’t have much time to look at a mattress today, but needed box springs for our new king size bed frame. The woman who helped us was great and wasn’t pushy at all. Gave us information to check out online to see what we’d be interested in and whenever we’re ready to buy a mattress then we’d have more of an idea of what we’d like. Great price on the box springs as well, probably the lowest price available at this time. She even helped load up the box springs into our truck. We look forward to doing more business with mattress firm.

We have had the pleasure of working with Jacob at the New Berlin store and Melissa at the Oconomowoc store. We had a great experience overall. These locations work as a team to ensure their clients are well taking care.

They have a large variety of beds to “try on” within anyone’s price point. The salesman was very helpful and accommodating to our wants and needs in choosing a bed.
