Jeff & team were a pleasure to work with. They did a beautiful job replacing the convertible soft top on my Miata. The entire process was quick (a few days to get the part, 1 day to install). Jeff was honest and easy to communicate/get in touch with. Having a professional replace your convertible top is not exactly going to be cheap, but Jeff's pricing was VERY reasonable compared to other specialty shops in the area. Thanks, guys!

Amazing! Brought my old Toyota Highlander in to have a tear in the seat repaired and a few hours later I had it back looking as good as new. The price was reasonable too. Very happy.

Jeff and all who I dealt with were fantastic. They replaced the leather on my center console and did the buff job on my headlights to make them clean and clear. Professional, fair and friendly. Highly recommend!

Had them do many interior repairs on assorted vehicles I owned and they always took care of me, very responsive to my needs all the time and fairly priced.

The workmanship at Falls Automotive Specialties is out of this world. The upholstery work is so good you would think that it is stock and if you want something custom they can do it for you. If you want or need a stereo or other electronic equipment for your car they also can handle your needs.

*BUYER BEWARE* Very shady business. They made an appointment for me to show up at 7 am to bring my car. I woke up early and headed their way. Had some minor tears in the leather that I wanted repaired. He quoted me $400. I would have paid that amount but first, I tried negotiating and asked if he could do it for $300. He stormed off in anger. I then gave it some thought and decided I would do only one of my seats instead of the 3 I originally intended on doing so that I could atleast test the quality of his work before spending a lump sum. I went into the store to inquire further when one of his employees said "I see you're kind of people all the time, we don't do business with your type" which I'm assuming is a reference to my ethnic background. Even after that, I tried to hold to my principals and asked if I could speak to the owner one more time to clear the air and see if this was a racial issue or something else. He then completely refused to speak to me.

I've owned car dealerships, worked in bodyshops, mechanic shops, junkyards, and have been a part of many sales teams. Never once have I been treated like this in the thousands of business interactions I've had in my life. Negotiation is a part of business. When he orders products, leather, machines, etc from vendors I'm sure he negotiates as well. I want to believe he's just a hot tempered man and he was having a bad day. But the commentary from his employee has me leaning otherwise.

Unfortunate circumstance as I have lots of cars that could use interior restoration and I was testing the waters at a new business relationship since my usual guy is currently on vacation. I'll have to wait it out for him to get back.

Shops the size of a closet with dust flying everywhere, breathe the air inside for too long and you'll probably cause irreparable damage to your lungs. Very rude staff, wouldn't recommend them to family or friends. Would recommend to people I don't like.

Terrible people skills. Very turned off by the sarcasm of how my problem was handled. I dont care if you've been in business 44 years, you obviously don't know how to talk to customers. Not coming back nor would reccomend
