Carriage Way Apartments

We lived in the 1505 building, on the upper level, for a couple of years and it was overall a pleasant experience. Parking was never an issue. There's plenty of parking spaces and they are unassigned (thank god). Felix as an phenomenal manager would be an understatement. He addressed our concerns/issues in a timely fashion, which was a plus! Communication played a big part when we lived here and Felix was always there to solve issues and answer questions. Aside from management, we had no complaints when it came to maintenance. Whenever we did come across a few minor things and reported it, it was fixed within 24-48 hours. There's free internet, but no access to WiFi, which didn't bother us. As long as you have your own cable cords to connect your TV or laptop to the router then you'll be fine. The only complaint we had with this apartment was children running through the halls and ringing our doorbell. However, management took this matter very seriously, which resulted in minimal incidents. We appreciate everything Carriage had to offer us. Overall, we loved our stay here, but unfortunately we left to move into a bigger apartment, which was actually a sister apartment through Carriage Way and they assisted us with the transfer every step of the way. It was a painless process. Thanks Felix for everything that you do! You deserve this recognition more than anyone! :)

Definitely give 5 stars to the staff, always very helpful and remedy any situation as quickly as possible. Very helpful when my grand daughter was born with some medical issues and we asked to move to a lower unit. Always friendly when we had questions and helped find a resolution if something needed taking care of. Unfortunately we are moving because we need a 3 bedroom now and Carriage Way doesn’t have any. Thanks for everything Kelsey,Felix,Janet,Cindy and maintenance crew.

Management Is very helpful and always responds to questions or concerns fast. Maintenance is always fast to fix any issues with apartment. Renewed my lease here ! Its in a great location lots of stores very close and a safe neighborhood.

The experience in carriage way is far too good. We were stranded one day night with no keys and an cranky baby and it just took a couple of minutes after a call to the rental office when someone arrived and helped us getting into our home. Also The prompt snow plowing and neat surroundings are a great plus.

Management is absolutely awesome. The free water, wifi, and cable is a huge perk, as well as the pool. The people who live here are very friendly too. Great area, close to every store and restaurant you could ask for. Definitely recommend

Carriage Way is full of friendly, hard working staff. Any repairs I have ever been in need of have been fixed immediately upon notice. I couldn't be happier with choosing Carriage Way - very clean and the property is meticulous (including the pools, hallways, etc.). I would highly recommend to anyone!

So far, so good! I've only been here exactly one month, but it's so quiet that I have yet to actually see any of my neighbors anywhere in the building no matter what day or time of day. Loving the quiet!

I love living here! The staff is extremely friendly & always attentive to making carriage way a better place to live. I have no complaints!

Yes! I love my apt. I lived here for almost 3 years and the property management is wonderful. When you call they will rectify the situation as soon as they can. They do other properties in the city so you have to have patience. 🤗
