Bailey Family Dental

We called several offices, in search of a pediatric dentist for our 5yr old. The Staff at Bailey Family Dental was so friendly and empathetic on the phone that we made the drive from Madison. Dr. Terese Bailey and Staff did not let us down. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Our daughter absolutely loved the experience -- especially getting her nails done. What an unexpected Treat!

We had a fantastic first experience at Bailey’s Family Dental. They were so friendly and welcoming. They also really make kids feel special and make the visits fun. We had a horrible experience from another dentist office in the area and we are so glad we decided to come here.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Richard Bailey, Breanna, Sara, Jenny, and Rhonda which have all gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure I have a great visit every time! Couldn’t be more happy with letting them provide me care!

Dr Rich is very detailed and personable. Breanna is my Hygienist- super cool/ down to earth plus does a great job at cleaning. The Front is ALWAYS friendly when I walk in. I cant say enough about this Dental office. I recommend this Dental Office to anybody looking for a Great experience.

Awesome experience, everyone was very helpful and took time to explain things. I was very impressed with the accommodations as well in case someone was uncomfortable or needed certain care/distractions while the dentist was working. I love my dental appointments here. The entire staff from the front desk receptionists, hygienists, assistants and Dr. Bailey himself are awesome. They care alot about your comfort, and are in tune to your needs as a patient.

If you need a dentist this is where you need to go. Every single person I encountered here was so kind and compassionate. They genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to make everything so easy for you. I have never had a dental experience the way I have here. The staff at Bailey Family Dental make going to the dentist enjoyable! The spa-like atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth, I believe her name was Pang, was gentle and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Bailey was friendly and after examining my teeth, was able to prioritize a treatment plan for me so that I could schedule necessary dental work at my own pace according to my budget. Overall a great experience!

I started going to Bailey Family Dental several years ago, after they were the only one willing to help my husband with a dental emergency one weekend out of hours. They are so customer oriented! My experience with cleanings with two different hygienists has been outstanding. I have had 2 crowns done with Dr. Richard Bailey, and the process from start to finish provided highest level of care, Excellent outcome. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Love the Bailey family dental team. From the moment I entered the office the atmosphere is truly one of a kind. The added touches of soft music, movies and warm blankets only add to the genuine care and concern the staff offers. The multitude of services from teeth cleaning to dentures was surprising. I highly recommend Bailey family dental for all ages and concerns.

I have been going to Bailey Family Dental for a few years now and I can't say enough how enjoyable the experience has been. Everyone is very polite and friendly, and the service and results I've been able to take advantage of have been excellent. The two hygienists I have worked with, Sarah and Lydia, do a great job not only with the cleanings but also making you comfortable in a situation that tends to otherwise be anything but. All in all a great place that is run by great people that I would recommend to anyone looking to improve upon their current dental situation.

Best dental office I've ever been to! Both doctors are super skilled and great chairside manner. My hygienist was so thorough and my teeth felt to clean and smooth. The front desk staff have the best smiles and welcomed me the first step through the door. And did I mention the extras? Massage chairs, warm neck wraps, essential oil hand treatments, fancy coffee, etc. Love Bailey Family Dental!

I was greeted by smiling faces and I checked in with the new paperless system. I was offered complimentary comfort amenities to make my dental experience more relaxing. I used the warm neck wrap and hand treatment, and both were wonderful! Lydia cleaned my teeth gently and thoroughly, and afterwards, Jenny assisted Dr. Terese Bailey during my implant crown appointment. The two of them worked together seamlessly and asked questions to make sure I'd be happy with the end result. I highly recommend Bailey Family Dental & can assure that the discriminating patient will be pleased with the experience.

Had a great visit at Bailey Family Dental. Very friendly, professional staff put me at ease quickly. Lydia did a great job as my hygienist talked through everything she was going to do, my teeth look great! What a difference a GREAT dental practice can make!! I suffer from extreme arthritis in my jaw and going to the dentist was a painful, stressful thing to do. Since being recommended to Bailey Family Dental, that has changed. I had the prep work for a crown done yesterday and I can say that I had no discomfort at all. Dr. Terese and Mary were outstanding. I was even given a warm blanket and neck wrap. Lydia does my cleanings and she uses the same great care for me in minimizing the stress on my jaw. Great experience. Bailey Family Dental is the best. They have such a friendly great team that makes me feel comfortable. I went last week for my regular cleaning and Tanya was the best. She let me know every step of what was going on along with having a great conversation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bailey Family Dental is by far one of the best dental offices around. The staff is friendly and very caring. The doctors are extremely professional and gentle. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. All the work I’ve had done has been perfect and amazing!!! 💜
