We have used the services of Security Direct for more than a decade and have worked with Frank Berman, the principal at the firm. Our experience has been nothing short of Excellent. Frank and his team installed our entire security system covering a fairly large house. The firm had also installed a comprehensive sound/music system and a projector in a theatre room. We were very pleased with the services. While the audio system is over a decade old and needs to be upgraded, which we have chosen not to do, the security system remains fully functional and has been periodically upgraded. When we've had a problem of any kind (equipment malfunction, storm damage, system updates, etc) Frank has been extremely responsive, fixed the issue and has always been reachable. Recommend the services of Security Direct unreservedly.

My husband and I have known Frank Berman for 38 years. Frank installed our security alarm system back in 1984 when we purchased our new home and of course we are still his customer to this day. He takes pride in his work and is honest and trustworthy to the core.

He is extremely knowledgeable on the newest, technological security features and if there is any kind of an issue, which there rarely is, he makes every effort to be there asap to rectify it. So, if you need a damn good security system, and a damn good contractor, you need to look no further.

He also just happens to be a really good guy.

I most recently used Security Direct to address an issue we were having with our alarm system. We have used Security Direct for 20+ years and they have installed a large screen TV and sound system, Sonos system, Ring doorbells and security cameras, in addition to maintaining our alarm system. The owner of the company, Frank Berman, has always done an excellent job. He provides high quality and timely service at a reasonable price. Easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I called Frank at the last minute (walls open and ceiling beams open and still exposed but due to be closed) and he came though for me…drove down to the beach and spent a day installing a ceiling surround sound stereo system and RING SYSTEM. Followed up when I had questions or concerns. Overall, a pleasure to work with and I LOVE my SONOS system. I highly recommend.

Security Direct outfitted my home with a security system, smoke and fire alarms, a Sonos sound system both indoors and out, as well as all my wi-fi and entertainment systems. Everything was done in the most professional manner. Frank is very detail oriented and installs the most state-of-the-art equipment on the market. He always answers when I call and makes it his business to put customer service first. He is super responsive and approachable. As far as I’m concerned, he is the best in his field!
