I have been to see Dr. Carol at Line Eraser a few times for Botox and I have another appointment scheduled. I think that Dr. Carol and her staff are extremely kind, thoughtful and caring. Dr. Carol takes her time with her patients and listens to your expectations and checks in with you during your procedure to address any concerns that you may be having. I have referred multiple family members and friends to meet this wonderful doctor. Once you arrive at the office you will immediately feel at ease with the cute office and Dr. Carol’s sweet staff. Thank you to everyone at the Line Eraser for making me feel Beautiful.

There’s a fair amount of parking behind the building, so it is convenient. Inside the Front office It’s decorated in such a pretty calm, clean feeling when you walk in. They were very very friendly, very helpful and very well knowledge in telling me completely The description of each procedure at great length. Inside when I went to the Room it was Pristine. The procedure was very easy, painless And did not take too much time. Dr. Carol was very delicate in her touch and make sure that I was constantly at ease and comfortable. I would recommend line eraser, over anyone else in the business. They are superior in their work and in their mannerisms. When I want to look my best, I go to the best. 20 minutes of icing on each cheek and actually no one noticed any redness or swelling, and I Definitely did not feel any pain that evening. I cannot wait to go back and try out a little bit more.

Beautiful space, attentive and honest staff, and an overall wonderful experience! Dr. Carol was patient and answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained what I could expect. And when I reached out for a follow up 2 weeks later, Amanda fit me right in and Dr. Carol was able to do some very fine tuning. I couldn’t be happier with my results!

As someone who’s never done anything to take care of my face- I felt nervous about the whole experience of visiting line eraser - I was nervous I wouldn’t be a good advocate for what I wanted, would be talked into doing something more than I wished for and that there’d be a lot of pain involved. All of my assumptions were very wrong. The environment was so warm and welcoming, not the least bit intimidating. Both Amanda and dr carol were so nice and took their time to listen! There was zero pain involved. I’m so grateful to have found them!

Dr Carol is so patient, spends time with you and makes sure you are comfortable with the plan she comes up with to meet your goals. She uses ice to make the injections as painless as possible and is very gentle. Then she makes sure you follow up in 2 weeks to ensure you have the best results over the next few months.
Her office is beautifully decorated and kept very clean. I feel very comfortable going to her and recommending her to others.

From the moment I walked in I was kindly greeted by Amanda. I informed her I was a bit nervous as this was my first time getting botox. She informed me it is going to be fine and I was going to love the results as I do! Dr. Carol is amazing she goes through everything you need to know and makes you feel comfortable.
