I had a pick up order and can't walk well and the Customer Service worker went above and beyond to get my order. She was so very helpful. Thank you for great service.

They have awesome stuff, found the cutest perfume bottles. They also have Amazon drop off but it seems to be really popular because there’s usually lines. I also find it fascinating that they have the electronic fake iPad things to say the prices…it’s surprisingly more high tech than the usual department store.

Good department store , with fair pricing and more importantly helpful staff , it was easy to find someone to ask questions , they were keen to help , so 5 stars for service for sure

Parking is easy as well , like in many other stores ,

The shop design is good , easy to follow and the grouping is done well

If you want they have also an Amazon Return facility, right in the middle of the store , smart choice as this is how we found about Kohl's and spend much more then ... :) Congratulations to who ever thought about it

I love their styles. We have the rewards and their credit card. I bought a whole bunch of small kitchen appliances for less than $200 on Black Friday. I also love doing my Amazon returns there and getting an extra discount with a coupon which helps when combined with kohl's cash

This store certainly is ready for the holidays season offering large variation of gifts for women, men, kids, and babies. The toys look interesting for sure. The restroom is very clean as usual. The changing room needs some sweeping

Kohls was awesome this last visit. I was just released from a hospital & was caught back on some of my credit, but my Kohls card started my credit & just when all the rest believe charging,charging and Charging is fare, I'm not financially set for this, but I shall retrieve. I was particularly happy with the expert helps I received from the in-store representative Teressa, who helped me find the item I was looking for and Terry at the checkout counter, who went beyond her means to accommodate my requests. I was also very pleased with the recommendations and guidance from the store manager.

My cashier was named Ivy. She was very helpful and cordial. I wanted to thank her by giving her a good review.

Wide selection and the prices are particularly amazing this week. In this store the employees and customers are nice, friendly, helpful, and everybody just seems like they're in a good mood even the shoppers lol.

I bought makeup in Sephora's - The woman that helped me at the Clifton Store was Angel -she was Excellent !

I once thought Kohl's prices were high. However, now that I've worked for Khol's and realized there prices along with coupons you will get a good bargain on your merchandise. In addition, colleague's
