Metro by T-Mobile

AK was outstanding. He spent at least an hour and a half helping us to retrieve information needed to transfer from Cricket to our new service with Metro. He was very patient and thorough. I would highly recommend your store which is located in Waukesha on St. Paul Ave.

I stopped by the Metro PCS by T Mobile Store yesterday just to check it out. The Associate that met me by the phones was Sam. Sam was very helpful in my selection of a LG Stylo 4 Smartphone. We talked about plans and what would be the best fit. I went with the Auto Pay and added the Insurance. I really hadn't thought about insuring the phone, but Sam shared a few situations that I could see the benefit. When Sam called the customer care center to set me up on auto pay, he made sure to confirm twice with the person on the other side of the phone. You really don't see that level of customer service anymore, I was very impressed. Before I left the store, Sam made sure all my contacts had been imported along with my photos. He also helped me set up my email for both personal and work. I highly recommend Sam as someone who will make sure you get the correct phone for you needs, and get you started correctly. I'm very happy with the phone and will stop by again to thank Sam personally.

My Hubby & I like going to this Metro PC.. We used to go to the 1 on Sunset as well when A K was there. A K is a AWESOME Person. Whenever we have a problem with our Phone or Tablet A K is always available to help.A K will Go over and beyond to help anybody. A K have a good Heart. 👍 I enjoy doing business with him. Ak was amazing. I was having troubles with my phone and he went above and beyond to help me. Even at first when he was explaining some changes to Metro by T-Mobile, I thought of leaving and going over to Boost or some other cheap service, but Ak helped me set up a plan I was happy with. I was skeptical about coming to this store since I've had problems in years past here, but now this is the only store I will be coming to.

Dont go to any other Metro Pcs store in waukesha besides the St.Paul location ! AK was amazing ! He was very knowledgeable on all products, polite, and helped me pick the best choice on my budget. He never not once tried to 'get over' on me. He was very patient and wasn't trying to rush the sale at all. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone and everyone who is looking to join Metro Pcs or need something resolved. He definitely went above and beyond for me ! This store gets 5 stars no questions asked!! EXCELLENT customer service !

Our goal was to up grade two phones, as soon as my family walked in we were greeted with respect by Mr. Hamzeh. He was very knowledgeable with all the phones and was able to get us 2 phones that fit our desires. We also walked out with a new tablet for our 8 year old son, for added 10 $ for the internet to out bill. Our upgrades were under 300$ with activations fees and the internet for the tablet. We were highly satisfied with our purchases. I highly recommend this place of sales for anyone looking to upgrade or purchase new phone service and phones. In addition to the knowledge of our purchase Mr. Hamzeh total knew how to smart switch all our photos, data, apps over the Bluetooth, and file trasfer from our old phones to the nee ones which was a huge help for all of us. Again we highly recommend this place.

I had an increadible expierence at this location. Not only was Latoya very helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure that my mom and I got the best possible phones we could. She was so funny and sweet. She had my mom and I laughing our whole visit. She was super helpful and set us up with our new phones in a quick and helpful manner. I will continue to go back to see Latoya for all my cellular needs. I highly recomend Latoya and this Metro Pcs!!! 😃

From beginning to end it was by far my best experience in any metro t mobile store. Ak was very informative as well as friendly.whats even better is that this location is the closest to where i live.so knowing that I'll get this great and friendly service every time i come here is great.
