Teaberry's Tea Room

LOVE this tea house. I've been a couple times and have been happy with the food and tea. I went home with some loose tea that they sell. Great options - iced options too. It can get busy so you may wait a bit to be served once seated but it's worth the wait. The scones are delicious- nice selection. High tea and separate lunch menu. Parking lot behind and some outdoor seating. The downtown is nice too if you have time to explore. I only wish it wasn't so tight in the dining area - it's difficult to get up from the seat without bumping into someone.

I’ve been coming here with my daughters for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The house is beautifully decorated and each room is different and has its own charm. I love the mismatched dishes and tea cups. The service is impeccable and the food is always delicious. They have over 100 teas to choose from but my favorite is the chocolate and raspberry. They always have lunch and dessert specials. This year I had a surprise party for my daughter there and they set aside a room for us and it was perfect. At the same time there was a bridal shower downstairs. The upside down Christmas tree in the entry is always decorated and the atmosphere is quaint and charming. Made a reservation for a large party, including dietary restrictions, and the food was delicious! Usually for dairy free and vegetarian in particular we are used to getting boring food compared to our non-restricted friends, but Teaberrys managed to give us cute, exciting, and tasty food regardless of diet. Excellent tea selection too, looking forward to the new location :)

When I was single, I had a chance to come to Teaberry Tea Room for the first time more than ten years ago. After I got married, I had a chance to come for a friend’s bridal shower. And year later, my son was born. A couple of years later, my daughter was born. I just brought her to Teaberry for the first time.

I just feel like this is a place for me to enjoy “ me time”. A place to forget about my kids and husband! A place to get together with my girl friends. A place to show my out of state friends.

I think this is a magical place!

The food was great, the tea selection unparalleled, our server, Liz, could not have been nicer or more attentive. It was a wonderful experience all around.

Great atmosphere, make reservations because it was packed on a Sunday afternoon. Our waitress Olivia kind of disappeared at the end with no insight from the staff as to where she went.
We ordered:
Small pot of Honey Fig tea (10/10)!
Two apple butterscotch scones (very big) with clotted cream, house made lemon curd and preserves!!
10/10 for the food and atmosphere

We had high tea. It was spectacular. Our hostess was so sweet! Our server Carolyn. Was amazing and kind to my 85 year old mother. The food was delicious and plentiful. Every course was amazing the finger sandwiches and clotted cream was authentic and heavenly! My lobster bisques was so yummy “chefs Kiss”.
I will come back again and again. The place is also beautiful and very clean which is super important to me! Cheers!!!!

Fantastic place great time. Super service an experience for sure. Food is always available regardless of time. They will be moving but I don't doubt they will still be fantastic

Good food and great tea!! Would go again! It was a very pleasant experience and the decor is beautiful and quaint. You don't get a tiered tray like in other tea rooms which is nice because it's not overwhelming.
The sandwiches and scone from the Milady option really fill you up so plan to take the dessert home!

I will never get tired of coming here. The food is delicious, the tea selection is expansive and the staff are amazing. Big portions so you're getting your money's worth. And the atmosphere is so welcoming.

From start to finish you will feel like you are cared for! Staff is all super kind and there is a nice young lady at the front who knows what to recommend! The Milady tea is just excellent because you can taste a wide range of flavors. You will end up being some home because the portions are excellent! The flourless chocolate cake is what I recommend and the scones are well made!

What a wonderful place to celebrate! We sat in a cozy upstairs room decorated with a British theme. The staff was friendly and the food was plentiful. (For less than $50, the afternoon tea gives you a very generous portion of food.) I will absolutely use any excuse to go back, hopefully very soon!

I lovelovelove Teaberry's Tea Room!! Ive been here a few times and I've only come for afternoon tea. Its an hour away from me, my experience is always worth the road trip.

The service is always spectacular! All of the staff make me feel welcome. They all know the tea menu very well and have helped me navigate for options I'd like. Also, I was told the heart shaped sugar cubes are hand made. They're delightful!

The food is excellent!!! The tea sandwiches are great and I've never had the same selection of sandwiches. I like that they change it up. This most recent visit I had the lobster bisque; soooooo creamy and good. I was offered some wine to pair with it. It was lovely. The scones are great too. I'm too full to eat the mini desserts, so I take them home.

I would say I leave stuffed every time 😋

Teaberry’s Tea Room is the best of the best! Having traveled stateside, I hold other tea rooms to the standard that has been set by Teaberry’s. The atmosphere in an antique estate home, is the perfect setting for this business. The food creations will tease your tastebuds, and warm your soul. The Queen’s Tea will have you bringing home some of the bite sized cuisine, that each burst with flavor. Sara, the manager will make you feel comfortable and welcoming while offering suggestions of the days offerings. Our server, Liz, was well trained and made sure course after course was served with the right timing. It is a pleasure to treat my Mom to lunch, after traveling the 2.5 hours from Cape May to have an experience like no other. Treat yourself to Teaberry’s, you will certainly enjoy!

I would actually eat here every day if I could.
I’ve eaten at a lot of restaurants in the past year but this has definitely been the highlight.
We had two different teas, quiche, desserts, and a scone. Every bite was delicious, and the tea was just so lovely.
We came here for a book club meeting and it was the perfect spot to do it.
Will be recommending to everyone I know

This is one of my favorite places. I love the decorations and most of all the lobster bisque. The caramel creme tea is my favorite along with a bunch of honey!

Updated to add that they have done well adapting for covid-19. All were wearing masks and we sat outside on the porch. We felt comfortable and safe, while still having our delightful tea experience.

Every time I come here I always have the best experience. The staff is so kind and the atmosphere is perfect for afternoon tea! My favorite go to is one of the quiches! Every time I get one it tastes so yummy and the banana bread that comes with is delicious! They have a large variety of teas and my favorites are the fruity ones. Some of my favorites are peach berry, lychee and exotic island blend. Teaberrys does not disappoint and I love trying a new tea each time I come back! If you do visit make sure you make a reservation in advance.

It was our first time visiting a tea room and we were lucky to get in a few days before they shut for the relocation. Service and the experience were wonderful and we look forward to visiting the new location.

This is where we go every year to celebrate a birthday. Always special. Great service. They ask if you can do stairs and if you have any food restrictions.
The soups and salads are devine. The finger sandwiches and desserts are plentiful and delicious.
Now, the teas. So many to select from their menu. It's a good idea to go to the website ahead of time to make your selection.
All the decorations are so pleasing to the eye. Lovely establishment.

My wife and I met some friends today at Teaberry’s for brunch. Greeted right away by the hostess and taken to our table. Our waitress Elizabeth was full of energy and very knowledgeable about the menu and the long list of teas. She made it an extremely fun and enjoyable time! Between each course another young lady Gianna made sure we had room on the table for what seemed to be never ending delicious food! These girls were extremely friendly! Been here quite a few times which have always been great! But these two girls really hit the high note with service! Can’t wait to come back and visit with them again soon! Hopefully before closing to move to the new location!
