Amazing place to take your vehicle. Very experienced, professional and respectful. Fast at getting the repairs made. And if your in a tight financial spot they can help you with a finance company. Definitely recommend. I'll be taking my vehicle there for future repairs.

So grateful I've found a local, honest, reasonably priced mechanic. Chad was great at communicating the fixes that my Forester needed and very patient answering all of my questions.

Since I took it in for a general maintenance appt (90,000 miles, 2012), I braced myself for a long and expensive list of repairs. However, the suggested repairs felt reasonable and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like I have at other shops. Highly recommend these guys!

The owner mr. Arnold and his mechanics know their stuff. Mr Arnold also test drives the vehicle before and after the work is started or complete to make sure it is working correctly. And the cost is great and great quality work.

I had 2 issues with my E350 van. There was a weird rattling coming from the engine, and the blower fan for the cabin air quit working. Turned out, my AC compressor was what was making the rattling noise. I was quoted $1100 for the fix. 😬 Chad talked to me for a bit about different options, and I decided it was best to just fix it the right way. They fixed the AC, found the problem with the blower fan (a blown fuse, really? 🤦🏻‍♂ lol), and was able to do it for less. Turns out, I didn't need a new serpentine belt because mine looked good, so they didn't need to replace it. Saved me some money! I was also fully charged in my AC system, so that saved me some money too! They could have just replaced all that stuff and charged me for it, I wouldn't have known any different. But they didn't. Out the door, I paid just under $840! It's still a lot, but everything works and it was cheaper than expected. I'm super happy! I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a honest mechanic, because they are so hard to find these days. I will come back if needed! Thanks so much!

Chad is awesome! I came in to have my trucks heater looked at due to it blowing cold air. I was expecting to have the problem found and schedule a time to bring it back but Chad called and said they could fix it the same day. The heater works great now. They do honest work which is hard to find these day. I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend.

I've been taking my vehicles here for several years and the crew at Arnold Auto have been fantastic. Despite the same last name, there is no relation - I'm actually from the opposite side of the country. They've always been fair with pricing and upfront about what needs to get done versus what can wait a while. The staff here do an excellent job, and have always worked fast to get my vehicles back to me as soon as possible. I recently took my vehicle here for an inspection prior to a cross-country move, and they were extremely thorough and found a couple issues that would have caused some major headaches for me if the parts had failed halfway into my drive. If you're looking for an honest auto shop that does great work, this is the place to go!

Chad & Kieth & office gal at Arnold's Auto are amazing! When ever I call they are friendly, patient listening to thoughts and concerns with vehicle issues. Even when my son and I were stuck on the side of the road they came and towed our vehicle back to the shop! I will not go to any other shop!

Our car broke down 60 miles outside of Ogden on a cross country move. Another mechanic (Jensen) previously said they would be able to get us in, but due to a delayed tow truck, they declined to take us as they had previously promised and said they wouldnt be able to see our car for numerous day. At this point, I was heart broken and defeated but called Arnold Auto, hoping for a miracle. They were able to get me in same day that afternoon to at least see what was wrong. Everyone I worked with (Chad, Sarah, and Keith) were all wonderful and kind people. They were able to get the part my car needed ordered from Salt Lake and delivered overnight. My car was repaired by the next morning and I was back on the road. We successfully and safely made it across country! Sarah was even kind enough to call a couple days later to check in and see how we faired. I'm so incredibly grateful for their flexibility, humanity, and kindness. I would STRONGLY recommend Arnold Auto to anyone need auto care. They saved my car and my trip. Thank you Chad, Sarah, and Keith! You restored my faith in people!

The whole team at Arnold Auto are phenomenal and will always exceed your expectations. The past 2weeks alone they have had to deal with me multiple times for many reasons, and I always get the most friendly service as well as they will go out of there way to accommodate you. I have had them drive me home because my car was not yet ready as well as drive me to work because I am dropping my car off to them in the morning. Going to Arnold Auto never feels like the dreaded going to the mechanics, it's just like heading over to your buddies house who just happens to fix your vehicle for you.
