The customer service over the phone was amazing. I was guided to their new location and upon entry I was immediately greeted and the wait time was less than 5 minutes. The worker there was able to fix my issue right away. I will surely be coming here for any future issues.

This locksmith was speedy and reliable. I lock my car key and within a half hour they showed up. The technician Abraham is a class act, very patient and had great customer service. If I ever need another replacement key this is the company I’m calling.

Five stars isn’t enough!!! They were able to send a locksmith to the house super quickly. Jason arrived on time and ready to get to work. Little did I know that he would not only do the job we asked but go above and beyond to ensure our locks and doors were extra secure. He took his time, was very thorough, patiently explaining what he was doing along the way, and most of all he was so friendly and personable we genuinely enjoyed his time with us. Have had to call them a few times now, and they’ve always been great! Got through our very complicated lock systems and saved us from needing to take the door down!

Called for a front door cylinder replacement on our business and new keys. Job was scheduled for the next day in a 2 hour window. The next day, the Tech texted he was on his way and completed the change out promptly and efficiently, and writhing that original 2 hour window. This is the 2nd time I used them and I highly recommend.

Robert was awesome! I called because another locksmith was really taking too long to confirm and appointment and pushing me to another day but with Liberty they sent Robert over in 30 minutes and he was done rekeying 7 locks in no time. He was professional and that’s always appreciated. A little pricier than the alternative but money well spent. I’ll definitely use Liberty locksmith and Robert again.

I found their prices can't be beat along with their personalities. I first dealt with Kelly on the phone, quoting me a price for my 2014 Ford Edge, which cause me to drive from E. Orange to Bayonne. Excellent job! Kelly provided a complete estimate for a new door lock with wifi capability and within several hours a technician was at my front door. Mark showed up on time. He provided fast and efficient service with a lot of attention to detail. I will use Liberty Locksmiths again
