Best Indian food around. Location is ideal and place is very cozy. The staff is super friendly. Went for a lunch buffet and the meal was delicious.have also been there couple of times for dinner and never disappointed. If you are bold enough then try the Phall Curry. Also the plus is it is BYOB.

First time here and loved everything I tried! Ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Vindaloo. So good! Didn't realize the Paneer Vindaloo was spicy but still delicious! The restaurant was small and cozy and I love the atmosphere. The owner and employees were very nice and came to check up on us. Will definitely come again!

Authentic Indian food experience right here in NJ!! I have been been sampling Indian food across N. America, England/Scotland and Switzerland over 30 years! If you cannot fly to London for a curry, come here for the similar experience!!! The best British style curry you can get in New Jersey! The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. I had a large group and they accommodated nicely after 7pm during the week. Watch out for the Phaal Curry! It's very spicy! We even got to hang out with the owner for a bit and he made us feel very much at home. Highly recommended!

I've been looking at this place for a while but didn't have a good reason to go until now.
A friend of mine was in town, so I decided to take her. Parking is a bear but we found a spot.
I entered the room and it was super cozy. I loved the decor and music.
The host was quick and sat us down at a nice table.
After figuring out what dishes were made of we ordered Aloo Samosa, Chicken Tikka Masala for her and Tofu Goan for me. As well as a side of garlic naan, plain naan, and rice
We also got a drink which I didn't catch the name, but it had bananas, mango, coconut, and a touch of pineapple, I think. It was thick and really good. My friend didn't like the texture and viscosity.
The samosa arrived as 2 large pieces. With a tomato based sauce on the side. The samosas were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious with very so slight bite that paired well with the potatoes and peas. The chunky sauce sat on a bed of curly beets and carrots. Very colorful indeed.
The main courses came out and they smelled delicious! She liked her Chicken Tikka Masala, but the meat was a bit tough for her, so she dipped the naan in the curry. "The naan is like pizza dough!" I gave her side eye and said, "You Midwestern girl." She giggled.
My Tofu Goan was wonderful. The tofu held on to the spicy and flavorful curry and when placed on the rice, it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. Even better than the Indian food I had in AZ.
Rating: 1 Star for environment, although it did get too noisy for me.

I'm going back.

This place gets a 5 star rating simply for making my buddy Terrence and I fail their Phaal Challenge. We have done one chip challenges, death nuts, reaper pebbles, spiciest chocolate and beef jerky in the world, hottest gummy bear ever, you name it...and the Phaal stopped us dead in our tracks.

I will say from what I could taste before my tastebuds were shot, it did taste good. This rating however is solely based on their ability to wreck us with the heat.

Also...the Tandoori Chicken (for my girlfriend), mango lassi and naan were quite tasty.

One of the best places to eat in NJ, the service was amazing, the food absolutely delicious and the dessert heavely. Thank you so much for the experience!

Great Experience. Great Food. Great Service. This is a great place to go for your first time eating Indian foods, or for a go to place to have a nice dinner; Dine in or take out. Food was great and fresh. Restaurant was clean and the staff are just perfect. Thabk you guys for the great experience and amazing eats.

Have been looking to try this place for awhile now and finally got around to it and it's 5/5 stars delicious. It smells absolutely delicious as soon as you walk in and the curry is some of, if not the best in the area. Certainly worth a trip

First time eating Indian food and I was amazed by how good it was. The simosas and eggplant chips were excellent appetizers and for my plate I had the coconut curry with chicken and garlic roti. I will definitely come back to this place. Quiet and cozy environment.

Absolute delight. Charming little spot in a quaint little town, great service, fun music, among the best Jalfrezi and Tikka Masala dishes I've ever had. Bringing my own, made it perfect.

Been here many times. It is always really good, even if it's not the cheapest option out there. The curries are great and the meats from the tandoor are delicious. If you want to try more things at once, order a sizzling meat dish from the tandoor and pay the extra $5 for a small bowl of curry, rice, and naan to go with it. Their vindaloo has some great spice. Next time I'll have to try the super hot "phal" curry and see if I live to tell the tale. ;)

Great space, Amazing Food, Great service. My wide was DYING for some Indian food (which is not my fav) but we were there and we went! So glad we did. Our servers were thoughtful and helped where we needed and the FOOD WAS SIMPLY DIVINE. Loved all the UK Underground accents in the building. Also super fair on the pricing. When in the area we will be back.

Lovely and quiet atmosphere for dinner (on a Thursday evening). The food was delicious! Servers were patient and attentive and offered good suggestions. The only thing that would have made it better was a bottle of wine --- next time we'll bring one.

Indian food helped me lower my animal product intake, after being spoiled of great Indian Food overseas, I thought I would not be able to find good Indian food back in New Jersey.

However, this place is AMAZING and changed that thought!!! Every dish feels authentic and the customer experience is also great (make sure you call directly instead of ordering via seamless, the team will take care of you without third parties).

Regularly order for high-quality British-style Indian food. Lunch special is a good deal. Otherwise fairly pricey but still worth it. Best flavors from India and friendly staff from this outpost of the NYC location. Very small seating area but most orders seem to be takeout/delivery anyway. Recommend!

Went for lunch and LOVED IT!! Chicken Tika lunch special and onion pancakes for appetizer. THE BOMB!!! Service was very courteous and prompt, finished with rice pudding and hot chai.
