I arrived at this store early and they took me in Immediately. I was fitted for uniform pants which fit perfectly. After the payment from my employer clears I can pick them up and have the alterations done. They had everything in stock that I needed. Good service.

Stumbled on a hidden gem this morning after searching online for a police uniform store. Needed 3 pair of tactical pants: purchased and took home the same day, I usually need to order my size/length but this store had a huge selection. Very decent pricing as well, and even though I didn’t need alterations they do have tailoring in store. Really friendly staff too, I will absolutely purchase from this store moving forward. In a day and age where you can order practically anything online it is great to have a actual brick and mortar building where you can see and try first hand the equipment or clothing you are interested in. They have a large selection of everything you could need for Police, Fire & EMS. The staff is always very accommodating and knowledgeable. There is also a tailor on staff to make any alterations you may require. Convenient location with a parking lot and close to Route 46.

Our Fire Department uses Turn-Out ion Little Falls exclusively for all our uniform needs. More specifically, we ideally utilize Steve as our "go to" sales associate there. He is beyond efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. We just ordered new outerwear jackets for 35 Firefighters that was confusing to say the very least between sizing, embroidery requirements, and patches. I would never have entrusted anyone else with the order and every last jacket came out perfect with all specs. In addition, he kept us consistently posted on where the order was in the process and I couldn't believe the quick turn around we received. Thank you, Steve for all the endless help you've given us in Morristown. Our appreciation of your consistency and kindness is immeasurable.

everytime i go in there i get the best treatment REAL GOOD PEOPLE! Very helpful and just all around nice its always a pleasure shopping here! I met with Steven at turn out. He was extremely helpful and was able to fipp me in to the best of his knowledge onto when they'll receive new orders/shipments. DEFINITELY will be coming back.
