Amazing massage. I was able to get deep tissue and get relief from a migraine i had all day. I spoke to Lisa the owner, she was super nice. I had a male massage
therapist. He was respectful and professional. l felt safe here. Definitely will come back. One thing I wish they had is hot stones. I would pay extra for this.

My Physical therapist recommended this spot about a year ago and I finally had a chance to go. It was clean and the staff was professional, friendly and adjust the pressure when you ask the. AND the price is $60 for 60 mins. An older guy did the massage and he didn't speak much English just enough to communicate with me. What more do I need? Nothing! Its the perfect no frills spa.

The Pompton Spa is a great neighborhood place to go for an affordable, good massage. It's always clean, and the staff is very friendly and competent. I strongly recommend Tina , as she does a great job always . Plus, she's very nice !! And, very knowledgeable. ALL of the guys i know also book with Tina . The massage is always top notch, excellent, and very thorough .

Got a massage by Tina she was Fantastic! She was considerate and very competent she asked if I wanted harder or softer and she was perfect did everything I could of wanted !! Definitely will be back !
