Alex Upholstery

Alex Upholstery just completed window treatments, new cushions, and pillows for our entire house and I am thrilled with the work that they did! I cannot recommend them enough. They measured and installed stunning Graber blinds throughout the first floor, some of them remote controlled. They made cordless roman shades for the rest of the house, cushions for two benches, upholstered cushions for an outdoor rocking chair, and several throw pillows. Alex was meticulous and detailed, gave me excellent prices on the yardage, which I selected from his wide assortment of swatch books, and was careful and tidy during installation. The estimated time frame was spot on. I am thrilled with everything Alex Upholstery completed and I am happy to have found an excellent upholsterer nearby.

Alex repaired a beloved chair and did it quickly, well, and for a good price. And most importantly, with a wonderful attitude as it was a tricky job.

Alex does excellent work and won't stop until the job is perfect. He did beautiful custom bench cushions and throw pillows for a client and they came out just beautiful and myself and our clients pay close attention to details. Look forward to continuing working with him.

Alex and his father are warm, professional people. They restuffed one of my favorite chairs quickly and well for a good price. And it wasnt easy. I took it to another place first, and they couldnt do it.

Took 3 texts over 4 weeks to get a reply

As a business owner it really takes a lot for me to leave a bad review for an establishment. I attempted to get a chair seat repaired from Alex upholstery with no success. I left the chair seat with Alex's father (very nice guy) and was told I would get a call back. I never received a call back. Multiple attempts and messages were left to contact them for a price. I finally got a hold of Alex and he gave me a fair price but one that I was not initially willing to pay for. I quickly realized that I do not have to time to be running around and called back and left a message to go ahead with the work. After a few weeks of not hearing anything I called multiple times again and spoke with Alex and we discussed completing the job. Several weeks pass and I did not hear from them. After over a dozen calls and messages to please return my call I decided to go back to store and get my broken seat. At no point were any my messages ever returned and all contact was initiated by me. It's possible that they do great work with their customers but I will never know.
