I can not say enough about Dr. Rios and his staff at True Bliss Medical Aesthetics and Wellness. Dr. Rios was patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns prior to making recommendations and I never felt rushed or oversold. He took time to explain the procedure and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. This place is where you need to be. Dr. Rios is the best. He’s intelligent and takes time to understand your needs. He’s very knowledge about all things medical but also knows the ins and outs of all the cosmetic procedures and recommends the best approach for you. The overall staff is great. Nice office. Very relaxing. Smells good. Very clean also. I would recommend this place to people looking for professionals who take a more sensible and delicate approach. Great place.

I was recommended (true bliss medical) by my sister who swears by it. So I went to go check it out, (get a little touch up) first of all, the environment is so peaceful and VERY CLEAN. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere, and I needed that because I was nervous. Alex was very reassuring, explained the process, the downtime, and gave me all the information I needed to feel good about this decision. I was still a bit nervous, so he gave me a device that helps distract you while he does his work. I now am a regular here because I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY RESULTS!! I also loved that they don’t try and sell you a treatment you don’t need. I 100% recommend true bliss medical, I’m sure you will leave happy with your results. I know I did.

I have had Botox and lip treatments at this location twice. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very caring & attentive, she offered me water while I waited for Dr. Rios to arrive to the office. Shortly after, Dr. Rios arrived, we went over a few services I was interested in. I have to say I very pleased with my results! As a side note, he is very gentle with the needle. I highly recommend Dr. Rios as I have had a very pleasant experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What I love about Dr. Rios is he will give his honest opinion and not overdo anything! This was my second time getting Botox and my first time getting lip filler with him. I had ZERO bruising on my lips(my 4th time getting lip filler- I’ve had a lot bruising with my first 3)

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rios at the True Bliss Medical. He is super friendly and really explains the entire process so that you know what is happening. Dr.Rios listened to my concerns and gave me an in-depth consultation. He did not rush me at all and took time to make sure my questions were answered, that I was comfortable, and that I was getting the service most suited to my concerns. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I had amazing Botox results! I looked very natural and wrinkle-free. I will absolutely recommend him and this place to my friends not only for Botox but for other procedures as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

I would highly recommend True Bliss Medical. Dr. Rios consultation was very easy going and I felt comfortable with his recommendations. I love my results and my natural look. He has an eye for placing filler in the right places without looking fake. He has an eye for detail. I also tried the radiofrequency micro needle with exosomes and love the way my skin looks and feels.

I have nothing but only good things to say about True Bliss.This place is impeccable clean, cheerful and smells very pleasant. Dr Rios is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I really like the fact that he took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, addressing then the best treatment option available for me . I am not a needle friendly and I have a very low pain tolerance, however, he was very gentle with his hands making me feel very comfortable and calm throughout the whole procedure. I would highly recommend True bliss to everyone. I am thrilled with my outcome and definitely going back for others treatments.

If I could give 6 stars ⭐ I would! I am in my 50’s and was apprehensive about having any procedures done on my face. Dr Rios took the time to explain facial harmonization and how he could improve my trouble areas around my eyes, forehead and mouth. I am delighted by the results.
