Ivan was WONDERFUL! He explained everything very clearly, went thru the entire process of how to flush out our system (pointed out each lever and knob) and is clearly an expert in this business. He was professional, friendly, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. I will request him every time we need service! And the customer service people I spoke with on the phone were excellent as well, polite, professional, and friendly. I am recommending Sila to all of my friends and neighbors!!

Their tech Doug has impeccable manners and arrived with his face mask on. I greatly appreciate that in a pandemic.

We used Sila/Johnston Air to install a new air conditioning system in our home last year. From beginning to end the company and everyone we worked with did an amazing job! They are courteous and professional and were a pleasure to work with. They reached out again this year when it was time for our annual service and the same people who did the install arrived to do the service! Great company and one we can definitely recommend!

As a former business owner (now retired) he is the kind of employee that I would want representing my company in the field. He tried to up sell (something that every rep should do) me and I like what he told me - I will likely follow his advice and get a maintenance plan. Just a great guy doing a great job!!

5 stars purely for the crew! The best part of working with Sila is the crew that come to do the installation, and Kyle and Dan who came in to complete the job. Norton and his guys were so nice, and got the job done in one day. They had a missing piece, so Kyle and Dan came back to wrap it up and the product looks incredible! I enjoyed working with these 6 men the most.

On the contrary, with the amount of spam calls we get in this day and age, I never pick up my phone when I don't recognize the number. I've notified the office of my email preference, but unfortunately, it never seemed to stick with them, increasing my difficulty in communicating with them. I've had to frequently follow up due to lack of responses to my emails/phone calls. I do hope they figure this out because their onsite crew is amazing.

I had a fantastic experience with Sila Heating & AC, especially with their technician Kyle Williams. My AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and I called the next day and within an hour Kyle was a my door. He promptly diagnosed my AC and replaced the blown fuse. Kyle was professional and friendly. I would recommend Sila to my friends.

What a great experience! John and Tom are always professional gentlemen who can be trusted to do great work at honest pricing. They are always just a phone call away and their personal service is second-to-none. Whether it’s 100 degrees in the summer, or -1 in the winter, our house is always at the perfect temperature thanks to them.

I got my gas furnace/heating, water heater and compressor& coil/AC replaced. Overall, good company with efficient workers, though communication between main office and technicians sent to the field can be improved. A big shout out to Mr. Dan Carpenter. I feel he is one of the main reasons why the NJ office in Cedar Grove gets raving reviews. True professional- very knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely interested to make the customer feel heard, and addressed concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.

Kevin was excellent. Came out same day- within hours of my first call - Even with the storm damage keeping them busy! Quickly identified the problem and resolved. Zero complaints.

Have never had a better, more knowledgeable, service technician than Kyle. In a few words, he is the very best. and a pleasure to work with.
Our humidifier drain was never cleaned out by the installers of our new system this year. It was never flushed during a previous service call. It backed up and flooded my floor and the neighbor below us. It took out a few tiles in her ceiling and made a mess. Just happened to have another service call and showed damage to Kyle while he was here. He even cleaned up my neighbors ess. My wife has called at least four times and left messages and even spoke to someone about this problem. The situation is documented showing that Sila was negligent. The damage is very small but feel that Sila should pay for the repair. Since we could not wait any longer for your reply, we had the resident handyman make the repair. Now we just ask where we should send a bill for this repair as we have already laid out the monies.

Everything above did transpire, but SILA wanted to correct the situation. They immediately rectified the problem to 100% satisfaction of all parties. Chris from SILA personally handled the problem in an extremely professional way. I can now rate SILA without reservation as a FIVE STAR company with whom I would gladly do business again. Thank you Chris for your fine work.

They sent out a technician within two hours of calling them to repair our leaking ac. Ivan was wonderful, kind, and thorough. Will definitely continue working with Sila.

As a 75-year old guy, cherish certainty and clarity. You get that with Doug (as I used to w/John and Tom).
Heating and air conditioning systems are not inexpensive, so one wants the best technical advice for every occasion, at a reasonable price.
Sila is the way to go.

Tonight was the 2nd time Kyle responded to an emergency call at my home. The first was a Saturday night in August when the temperatures were 100+ and I had no AC, and tonight I had no heat during the first winter storm! Kyle easily diagnosed the issues in minutes and was honest in his recommendations to remedy the problems. Thanks Kyle!
