Great home store.

hard to even give this place a 1 star-horrible customer service. Such better interior design studios within blocks of the store. Would never do business there again-still waiting after a year for furniture ordered, down payment given. Laura never returns calls, personnel are rude. Hard to believe they are still in business.

I must say I am disappointed with this store. I understand the supply chain is messed up with Covid, we ordered a couch in March 2021 amd was told it would come in July 2021, I called end of July since I did not hear anything from the store and the person that answered was rude and abrupt, tone was not friendly and said the couch would be in September 2021, I emailed the store and was told it would ship sept 29th, it is now Oct 15, have heard nothing from store so I called. As the clerk was s checking I expressed my disappointment that I thought a smaller store would provide a little more customer service, I was cut off and was rudely told I can call anytime. I will never order anything from this small store again. We paid approximately $2,500 down payment on two couches . Sorry
